Called Lowes Santee, wished to speak with store mgr. About Craftsman contract and if lifetime warranty is still in place for both Craftman tools made in China and USA, was electronically placed on hold. I never got to talk to any employee. Phone recording loops and loops so much it gave me a headache. After waiting 10 min. I hung up.

I did call today for installation for the dishwasher eye purchase from the store but I got really bad customer service and when I called I got really terrible person on the phone she hangs up on me all I did need to add a installation into the order but I got very terrible customer service on the phone

Very friendly customer service! Went in looking for a new refrigerator and was impressed with their selection.

Also ended up buying a Christmas tree while there. Tree was beautiful, fresh, and very affordable! We had looked at a stand alone tree lot and were shocked at how expensive Christmas trees were but were relieved to see Lowe's trees were literally half the price! Merry Christmas to us!

I went to get the wood to build.a dog house they guy in wood cutting went above and beyond.great staff from the greeting to the purchase. 5 star service

Lowes is always nice. The store is always clean, full and faced shelves. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, they ask if you need help with anything, then leave you alone. The isles are labeled and easy to read. The bathrooms clean and in working conditions. I like Lowes I will definitely go again and recommend.

We had the best and most professional service today with Serena at the business service desk. We highly recommend Lowe’s.

I love Lowes. Their prices on Wood are much better that HD and their quality and selection usually is as well. Friendly people and convenient locations help as well.

I love our Santee Lowes. Nop, they didn't have the Bare Root Roses that I found on line. BUT, they didn't leave me hanging. Above and beyond, with information. I walked out happy. As usual!

Seems like no one is working in the tool department I walked around three times hoping I’ll see a worker to ask a question about a tool. I Didn’t see anyone

I wanna give them more stars but the simple fact that they refuse to apply discounts like military discount on appliances that are "on sale" already. Makes no sense and don't understand why they can't add more than one discount to things.

They still need to have people with experience to tell you where to go to find the item that you need you will feel lost over there

Nobody answers the phone. Disconnected listening to Voicemail greeting 4 times. Got through to select department 5 times
and no answer. Back to same Voicemail greeting. In spite of 10% Veteran's discount, will NEVER spend a penny there again or at ANY LOWES. Hope some corporate asshat reads this.

Great customer service! We bought a Maytag dishwasher on sale w/o any hangups, delays, or problems. No significant crowds or trying to find a representative for help. I really liked the 18 month no interest deal! My wife is happy, therefore, happy life!:).
