Thank you to Santiago Bocanegra for the help he gave me with Apoc sealant. He took the time to find out exactly what I needed with limited help from me! The sealant worked great Thanks again Santiago from the Paso Robles store

The experience started off as one of the best ever. Julie in the appliance department was excellent. She was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She helped us buy a whole kitchen of GE PROFILE appliances on sale, fridge, stove, dishwasher, hood and microwave.
We bought far in advance of our kitchen remodel so that we would have the appliances on hand after the cabinets and countertops went in. Lowes would not store them so we had to have them delivered to our house.
Here is where the experience started to sour. The appliance installation company you hired would not make an appointment with me in advance of countertop installation. We wanted to make sure we didn't have to wait for a long period of time. So I arrange for my handyman to install the hood and dishwasher, and I paid Lowes an extra $80 delivery charge to come back and install the stove and fridge. Your installers were awful. They were late. In stripping a small fraction of the packing plastic around the fridge they dropped tiny pieces of plastic all over the floor and didn't clean it up. They left loads of plastic on the fridge, They didn't level the fridge. One door makes a ratcheting sound every time you close it. They said the space for the stove was too small for it and left it uninstalled. The countertop people easily installed it the next day. Overall your installers were incompetent and slovenly.
Upon installing the hood, we found it to be defective, the fan hit the fan housing making a loud noise. I tried to return the hood and was refused because it was past your 90 day return policy. I explained the early purchase, lack of storage at your store and the recent installation but was denied ang given GE's phone number. Four weeks later, we still don't have a hood that works. GE sent out a repairman but he could not get the part needed. Ge sent another hood (same model) and it has the same problem. We are waiting for them to tell us what they will do next. We are worried about having no hood for Thanksgiving which we traditionally host for our family.
So, the experience started very well but has not yet ended and it is very bad now.
Four days ago, we got a "Response from the owner", apologizing for the situation and ending in "We want to ensure that you're taken care of". The 1-888 number they provided led to another automated customer service line. We did use it to schedule a repair/ adjustments of our new refrigerator, and hopefully those issues will be resolved. But, we still have a defective hood, without resolution at this point. The response from the "owner" seems a bit disingenuous.
The experience has gotten worse.

I frequently shop at Lowe’s and lose the quality they provide. But today when I was at the location Paso Robles, we had two employees treat us with disrespect as well as blame us for a mistake a different employee had done. We purchased bricks and were waiting 20 minutes with out ever seeing them. So we went into the store and asked in regards to where they are and the first employee argued and said we’ll go to customer service and we don’t know why you’re talking about. So we proceeded inside and asked a customer service gal and she then was being disrespectful to us due to another employees mistake of not notifying the other department. She also stated with a rude manner that we should have stayed in the other department to purchase the bricks rather than finishing our shopping and checking out at a different department. This visit sadly doesn’t represent what Lowe’s members typically are as well as how helpful. It is sad to see some who are rude.

This store is always clean and well organized. The knowledgable staff is really, really helpful and most kind. On Friday, December 9th, 2022 about 3: 30 pm my Aunt and I went in and made a purchase. Upon leaving, my Aunt left her cane in the shopping cart. We got all the way home before realizing it. So, we drove back to the store to look for it. There was a young man outside gathering carts. I asked him if he had seen the cane. He said he saw it in a cart and told us the area where the cart was. We checked and it had already been taken. I told him we did not find it. This young man went into the store to locate the cane. In the meantime, I was standing at the Customer Service desk, waiting for the CSD associate to finish his phone call when a kind Associate (who was in the paint department at the time) saw me waiting. He then walked over to me and asked me what I needed. I told him the situation and he said he believed the cane was already found and given back to my Aunt. He said "lets make sure" and walked back to my car with me to confirm she got her cane back. Low and behold, there sat my Aunt with her cane already in hand. He kindly said he just wanted to make sure she got it back. The young man who we met earlier that was gathering the carts located the cane and walked it out to my Aunt who was waiting in the car. How kind of him!
I have not seen this level of excellence in Customer Service in years! These two kind gentlemen took time out of their busy day to concern themselves with our situation. Nobody does that anymore! This kind act on their part has made me a Lowes customer for life! Lowes has proved to me that there is still a store that values their customers and is willing to show them some appreciation. I live 2 miles of another large hardware store. However, I will drive the 9+ miles to Lowes because I want to experience good old fashioned customer service from Associates that know the store and the products they represent and that expresses an appreciation for my shopping dollars. Keep up the excellent work Lowes! You have a team of SUPERB ASSOCIATES! THEY ARE A WINNING TEAM!

I am so disappointed with the roof installation I ordered through the Lowe's store in Paso Robles, CA. The roofs on my home and my granny cottage were installed in 2019. The first rain came and the granny cottage roof leaked. Contractor came out and "fixed" it. Now, 3 years later, when we are actually getting rain, it is leaking again. The roof on the main house is leaking now, too! I called the customer service line, and they told me that the labor warranty is only good for 2 years and that I should call my homeowner's insurance. They didn't even offer to come inspect to ascertain that it was a labor issue and not a materials issue. I won't go into the hassles I had with the contractor at the time of installation. I am so upset and angry about having to deal with a leaky roof so soon after installation. NEVER again will I hire Lowe's installation services for ANYTHING! Terrible! Don't fall for their financing options.it isn't worth it! Shameful quality of work and shameful customer service.

Al in plumbing. Nuff said. Show him a cell phone picture and go grab the parts. The man knows his stuff. There is another guy working here who is knowledgeable about electrical. Helped me with a replacement ballast. Good staff here. They will ask and help you find the parts you need. Management: throw them a pizza party or something the employees actually care about customers.

Walked in stood in the electrical section Ss rat hung my head for 30 mins and the only thing anyone said to me was “hey bro we are about to close. ” I go to pay for my uncertain selection attempting to use Apple Pay like any sensible person in 2022 and they only accept hard cards and cash. My uncertain rushed selection was wrong I won’t be shopping here anymore really just a let down after driving 45 mins.

I can't say enough good things about this store! Unlike Home Depot they have knowledgeable and helpful staff, impressive inventory and great service for things like appliance delivery.

This is by far the least organized and unkempt Lowes I've visited. It can't be staff shortage, because there's always a few folks standing around chatting. The manager should find a way to inspire a sense of pride in the store.

Lowes is always clean, friendly staff, has what you need for almost any project. Lots of things in stock and even with inflation the prices are good.

I was assisted by Mark Ouano (kitchen cabinet specialist). He was very helpful and provided awesome ideas, suggestions, insights, information while designing our cabinets. Hands on and would show us cabinet styles and types in the show room which was very helpful. Has an excellent eye for designs. He is approachable and friendly. Highly recommend if your looking to update your kitchen, need new countertops, etc.
