I recently hired Lowes kitchen to help me renovate my kitchen and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the start, "Essam" the designer was professional and listened to my vision for the space. He provided helpful suggestions and went above and beyond to ensure that the finished product exceeded my expectations.

The designer was detail-oriented and made sure that every aspect of the design, from the layout to the finishes, was well thought out. Essam was also great at staying within my budget and finding cost-effective solutions for some of the more expensive items on my wish list.

The end result was a beautifully designed and functional kitchen that I absolutely love. I would highly recommend this kitchen designer to anyone looking to renovate their kitchen. They truly have a talent for creating stunning spaces and I am so grateful for their hard work and dedication.

Purchased a washer and dryer. Dryer was defective and left with me saying I could use it but I am certain the guys just didn’t want to haul it off. Called lowes same day was informed I would get a call back and been calling every day since with no response. I had to go into the store on Sunday just to speak to someone only to be told once again I would get a call back from Fernando. This type of service and getting the run around is ridiculous and how is it okay to take over $2k from someone and give them a bad product and have them chase you to get a working one?

I asked a cashier who was standing without any customer at check out if she can check the name of the plant that I had with me. She said she can’t, I asked if she could scan to get the name, she again said no, it won’t show the name. Still, I asked if she can see the name at the bottom of the planter, as I could not read the tiny print, she looked and said no, that can’t be name of the plant. I then explained to her that I loved the plant but not the skeleton planter, and if there were more of this plant. I found this plant on a shelf right next to the check out. She stood right where she was and again responded, “I don’t know” If this same had happened at Home Depot, the staff would have immediately assisted me by getting someone. This cashier was unfriendly and not helpful.

Lowe's in Simi Valley is the WORST store ever. I've called 4-5 times NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE DARN PHONE! How rude and inconsiderate! I will NEVER get or order anything from them again.

Went to this location to pick up some lumber and some materials for an interior wall. We had to wait 15 minutes for any help because everyone from that department was on break. The cashier lady was nice enough to look for help and eventually I got help from this guy named Alan. He was very helpful and took his time and explained to me what I needed to do on the tricky parts of the job, He helped me get all the stuff I needed and we also joked around and talked while I'm the process of completing my list. Shout out to Alan for being an outstanding lowes worker.

Today I came to buy some things, and I saw that they had the tools at that price, and it turns out that when I go to pay the register says that the price is $96.94 I think, a totally different price, they should learn to do their job and place the prices well

It's very convenient to do curbside pick-up when I know exactly what I need. The employees who bring out my orders are always extremely polite & respectful. I cannot give this store a 5 due to a glitch they have with their check in app. I can't remember the last time I checked in on the app & my order came out. I have had to call inside the store every time after waiting 10-15 minutes in my car.

Great staff. They went out of their way to make sure I found what I needed. Prices are ok, but the customer service exceeds all expectations. Great variety of stock

Colby is the man! He went out of his way to find the flooring materials we needed, which were not on the shelf, and brought them on a cart ready to go. In fact, he found more boxes of it than the website said was in stock, so we are able to use the same material for kitchen and bathrooms! He also helped us locate the appropriate padding material.

Chris in the garden center was so nice and helpful. She was informative and not pushy. Thanks

Lowes in Simi Valley has a store that is laid out for convenience. Staff at that location was knowledgeable, friendly n helpful

Bought fresh cut roses very dissapointed the roses were dying wilted roses rotted to long sitting there they need to replace them more often

This is the best Lowe's in Ventura County (VC). Why? Because they have excellent customer service in all departments. I visited all the Lowe's in VC and none have come close to this place when it comes to customer service and professionalism. Keep up the good work Simi Valley's Lowe's employees.

So disappointed in the customer service we have received from this location.we purchased a washer and dryer and had it delivered and hooked up by Lowes.after they ran it quickly, i was told everything was good and they left.i ran a load of laundry right after and a massive leak came out of where they incorrectly attached the hose and stripped it during hook up. I have called daily since then, waiting on hold for over an hour just to be told they would call me back to have someone come out and fix it.almost a week later, i have yet to get a call back, despite calling cooperate.i cant use my washer and now have damage to the wall inside my home due to the leak.if anyone would like to still try to help me after spending over $2k here on just this one item, my case number is 05067418
needless to say, be aware of installations and expect to be ignored and placed on the longest holds of your life just to be told you will be called back. I will never buy anything ever again from Lowes and will never recommend them to anyone. I always want to give companies a chance to fix an issue before writing a review, but obviously Lowes doesnt care about customer service or stand behind their products and instillation.

Parking lot always has plenty of space. The store is clean and organized. Staff is super friendly on the floor as well as at the registers. Extra points for being dog friendly!

Lowe’s Simi Valley has taken my friends’ for tens of thousands of dollars. They met with the designer, Essam, that has not done his job. They have been without a kitchen for 15 mo, cabinets arriving damaged, they are out their money, and can’t get help from management. Store manager, Mike Fishman, should be embarrassed by the poor work allowed to be done under his watch. Both Essam and Mike should be fired with this kind of poor service.
No response from anyone at the store. Do not shop here or plan any big projects with Lowes! Go with Home Depot!

I bought appliances and was able to get an excellent deal on the refrigerator, stove, and microwave oven because the cashier was helpful. The items will delivered in a few days. I'd recommend Lowe's to anyone.
