Employees so much better then the other hardware stores. Not just friendly but actually helpful. Veterans discount here also.

I always love stories like this as I feel like I'm like a kid in a candy store. Plus the employees were really helpful and courteous.

Great store at one time, Now? Try to find help, especially knowledgeable help, probably not going to happen, inventory shrinking, shelves in disarray. And most heard phrase. "you can order it online", as you stand there, mud up to your knees, water shut off to you house,

It is a normal Lowes. It is a good store, and the 10% military discount is always nice

Unfortunately, on this visit, the store did not have what I needed.so i went to the Tractor Supply Store

Lowes is awesome, I've been there a lot recently. Picking up orders to shopping for yard and household things. They have everything you need. I've had some really wonderful people help me out.

If you shop at Lowe's you know they have good prices if it's on sale. If Not on sale I'll wait or find it at Home Depot.

Wasted so much time. I did curb pickup. Waited over 25 minutes on the curbside pickup along with another customer but no one showed up. We went inside and they said they had my order in the receiving department. Waited another 25 minutes inside. A total of 50 minutes. Made it worst that my online purchased took over 20 days to get to the store. Since i did not pick it up right away I got an email saying I needed to pick up my order otherwise it was going to be cancelled the next day. So I go to the store and.

Had a very friendly gentlemen cashier. Even though I whipped out my Home Depot credit card! Had a laugh. Found everything I needed. Purchased some nice plants.

Shop at Lowe's on a weekly basis. First time at this location. Can't say I'll ever go back or even recomend it to anyone. While shopping I was practically followed by some of the most unprofessional, indiscrete and paranoid Lowes Employees. They made me feel harassed and extremely uncomfortable while shopping. Treated me like a petty shop lifter rather then a loyal reoccurring customer. Terrible store, equally awful training procedures.

I went to this Lowe's on Mooney Blvd to buy a Bougainvillea, and they were sold out. So I asked one of the workers and he was very helpful, he got off his forklift and took the time to walk me over and show me where they were at and told me to come back on Wednesday or Thursday cause that's when they will get in more of them. He was an older gentleman wearing a camouflage vest that had Lowes on it and explained a lot about them to me. Now that's customer service! I like going to this Lowe's instead of the one that a lot closer to me. Thank you Lowe's (on Mooney boulevard)

Went to buy a microwave and 90% are chrome. Can I get some more options please and dont push chrome down my throat. So no, didnt make a purchase.

I had a very bad experience coming to this store. I was looking for paint and had some questions on some of their products I asked this lady and before finishing my question she told me that she was busy and couldn’t help me! There was no one that could help me, her name is Lilli she was very rude to me and not interested in helping me I asked if I could speak to the manager she said “Sure” with a sarcastic smile in her face but yet she didn’t do a anything to call the manager she just stood there looking at me with a very evil look. I had to look for a manager and manager was no where to be found, I came back to the paint station to find this young lady talking about me to her co-worker I asked why she was being rude to me and she was just shaking her head. I called the manager from outside while in my car supposedly manager was not working that day.

Although usually great, today looked as if all the employees took a day off. I waited at the door department for good 20 minutes, pushed the "need help" button twice, but no one showed up. I always liked this store better specifically due to ever-present customer support, but today was NOT that day. Also two associates had a verbal
Disagreement DUE TO SHORTAGE OF STAFF and about whom should be responding to a call. It appeared that there was staff meeting of sort. Visalia-Mooney Lowe's at 1400-1500 hours.

Gave it a three because most of the time everything is just fine. But truthfully, this trip was the worst customer service. I don't expect the same level of service that I would get at Ace Hardware. But I don't appreciate standing at the paint counter for 25 minutes either. Pushed the "help button" two separate times and both timed out. Several employees walked by not saying a word. The paint desk is right in front the registers and there's no way not a single employee by the registers didn't see me standing there. Finally I called the store from inside the store and asked customer service if someone would be kind enough to come to the paint desk.

I can usually find what I'm looking for. Good prices on appliances. I've bought refrigerators & gas stove here. Store is always clean and well kept.
