Nice clean store. Lots of high end looking items. Good quality furniture. Prices are reasonable.

My boyfriend went to lowes with his friend and there was a guy and they said thevguy didnt help them Just because hebsaidbhebdidnt speak spanish and he Just told them the number of the isle and didnt help them at all then they went to Home Depot they helped them throughout their shopping and it was a man and a girl helping them and they didnt leave them they helped them til they were finish thank you to those 2 workers they found what they were looking for.

Great place to get your pavers, they have a lot of selections and they are by the garden register with their codes, Home Depot doesn't have it that nice. I did notice some of plants dying from lack of water but I think that's for all stores except actual plant nurseries, so sad. Most everyone is friendly and helpful.

Particularly interesting, good vibe in here. They always seem to have what I'm looking for.

Always have great experience at this lowes. Restrooms are always clean which is a plus. Do ask for help when your getting a load of concrete bags, they even load them up if your in the parking area close by the store. Do shop for prices with HD.

Worst Lowe's I have ever been to. Everyone that works there is so rude and doesn't know what they're talking about and gives the wrong parts for things even when you speak to a manager. Horrible, I wish I could give a lower rating.

I had a great time with the cashier helping us. Her new is Claudia, she's funny and has a great sense of humor. Besides that I always find what I'm looking for at Lowe's. Thank you for all your help.

I was having a bad day, having difficulty with a project at home. Fortunately, the cashier, Claudia, was a gem when it came to customer service. She made me be able to leave with a smile on my face. Every customer deserves such service. I always shop at Lowes.

Got a full size portable dishwasher, listed price was $649.00 special order. It arrived with a small dent in the back. Customer cancelled the order so they put it on the floor for $349.00, I said I'll take it, but can I get a discount for the dent. Sure, out the door, $215.00 even.

I went for a gift card. There were no cashier, had to go the customer service. The line was 6 people deep and slow.

I have been at this store a few times and I have found pretty much everything I need. I have also ordered a few things online and picked it up there either at the front desk or using the lockers.

I purchased a garage door about 5 yrs ago. I didn’t post back then but now it’s time. To make a long story short I went in to purchase a garage door. There was an error on his part on doing the paperwork. Mind you he’s been working there for years. Should have known his stuff or maybe he did that’s why he did what he did. Supposedly canceled order. Did paperwork again. Looked over my paperwork & noticed he never canceled other order and was charged twice. Everyone there gave me the run around including their call center but I believe in karma wholeheartedly

Workers are friendly.
Especially I guy name Steve. He was very generous in helping me in the glass cutting area.
He was very professional.

I keep getting asked to rate lowes and home depot. I normally shop at home depot, but I'm really starting to hate the way I'm treated there. I'm getting more used to the lowes lay out and really enjoying that it's usually less crowded than home depot. 5 stars really for the better staff.

Clean store but sometimes it can be hard to locate what you need. When I asked a worker if they had something in stock she didn't seem to know what to do or how to answer my question. As someone who works in retail it was a little disappointing.

I enjoy shopping /browsing this store. Recently, I found the back shelf clearance section. I think they have been reading my mental wishlist notes. Even awesome items I didn't know I needed where in clearance

Went today and found so many garden plants as well as succulents. They also have loads of plants on clearance/sale. So hurry in. I will be back later on in the week! Good luck everyone!

Went for one thing walked out with loads!

As soon as I entered the store I went to customer service and set up a will call order so my customer could come in the next day and pay for it. I found it extremely difficult to get any type of service to pull the items that I needed. I was in the store far too long to get the few items that were required. When I got back to the customer service desk I was informed that they could not hold an order overnight for a will call. I finally talked them into holding the order until the next day after talking with several associates. The whole process took about an extra hour of my customers time. I still had to go to Home Depot to pick up several parts that they were either out of stock or did not carry. I should have gone to Home Depot first where I could have gotten it taken care of all in one trip and not dealt with the hassles of Lowe's
