Lowe's Home Improvement reviews
22Impossible to speak to anyone. Voicemail is in a continual loop to nowhere. Don't even try to pick-up in store. Staff is friendly enough, but the store is so poorly managed that I feel sorry for them. I ordered an appliance before Thanksgiving. They already missed the 1st delivery date. I was called the day before item was to be delivered to be told it just shipped. It is now nearly 3 weeks beyond that and I'm being told they "hope" to received it by the day I was told it would be delivered (2nd delivery date blown). I have only been able to get through the automated phone system twice in 3 months. I am now going to have to drive out to the store, AGAIN, to try to get some service. My appliance sale has shown as completed since the day it was purchased and has been on my billing statement since day one. We are now approaching 3 months and no delivery. I was only given 30 to decide on extended warranty on an appliance I can't even get delivered. Last purchase I will make on an item not in stock and ready for delivery. YOU HAVE OPTIONS - EXPLORE THEM!
Spent 40 minutes in the tool section trying to get someone to help me I hit the service call button i set off one of the hop lifting alarm tags did everything short of smoke signals and got zero help so I went to home depot. On my way out the door there were 7-8 employees standing around just chatting behind customer service while phones rang and people called for help on the intercom so I will not be returning to this location if you need something go to Home Depot.
The people were great and made sure I ordered what I wanted.they take the time to listen and help.
Everytime I've been to this place I've had no idea how to describe what I need help with. Don't be like me. Take pictures of your problem, bring in the pieces that you have no idea what the names are. You'll save everyone time and hassle.
Lowes regesters, are few, their are lines waiting to be served the self checkout stands are packed, they need to either hire more people are start trainning the people to run a regester i am so tired of standing in lines, and this Lowes in Citrus Heights is the worst Lowes to find help or a regester get it together or start loosing customers
I really like Lowes. They have 95% of what I need at any given time. Most items are easy to find with their signage. They have a good selection of plants but nothing unusual. I shop there first on a regular basis for hardware type items.
One of the female clerks here needs to learn some manners. I came through the door a few minutes before closing to grab a flashlight. She used a very aggressive tone, just short of yelling, to inform me that the store was closed. When I showed her that it is two minutes before closing, she repeated her initial statement in the same tone. A humiliating experience. Terrible customer service.
Marcy in kitchen and cabinet was amazing, great to meet here and loved the way she worked, great customer service, definitely recommend her to more ppl.
Best customer service ever! Such a great and helpful staff even on Black Friday. Terry you pulled through for our youth group in getting fresh wreaths!
Lowe's is exactly what happens when there is high employee turnover. I have a large ongoing project which causes me to journey to Lowe's often. The staff is not as knowledgeable as they should and need to be. Stock often not where customers can retrieve and "skilled" employees, such as forklift operators scarce. I needed material brought down and it took twenty minutes to locate a driver to assist.
I was just in the Citrus Heights store looking for light bulb replacements when Joe Kelly walked up and asked if he could help me. He was courteous, friendly and found what I needed. That type of service is
very much appreciated. Thanks Joe!
Been trying to reach a staff member about an order for days via the phone system. No answer and it is on an infinite loop back to the first welcome message. Please fix.
Great selection, updated stock frequently, plant varieties and sizes hard to find at other local general hardware stores. Also, garden section well tended. Employees are plentiful however knowledgeable they are not the friendliest bunch.
Normally a decent place to shop. They seriously need train their seasonal staff better. Couldn't get a shred of help (with the exception of the nice kid that helped me pick out lights), and left $300 worth of merchandise in my car and walked out.
I was trying to buy some windows blinds and some of them happen to be on clearance but had one that it was not and the manager didn't bother to come and talk to me about the price difference so I returned everything I had purchase because he would not bother to much it. That's one reason I don't shop Lowe's I rather shop at home depot.
One of my favorite stores since I bought house;)
Always clean and organized. A lot times employee are not that helpful but other ones make up for rude ones.
Layout is tuff to figure out. Cant find materials. Tool section is like being in jail. Loss prevention breathes down my neck. No pro rewards. Two star experience.
The guy at the register was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a coupon that we could use on a few shirt visit, and gave thought to suggestions. The store was clean, but there was a lot of damaged chlorine cartons in the pool supply area.
Lowes is a great place to buy hardware, equipment and appliances. I still like Home Depot better because its more blue collar. This is the white collar hardware store.
I went in to grab butchers block for my cutting board. I asked the first employee he said it is in mill works. I got to mill works and the employee in that department sent me to flooring. I got to flooring, and go figure no one is in the department. I did a online search for the product on my cell phone in the store and found the product in the paint department. I gave them an extra star frmor having the product in stock.
