Really felt like they were trying to diagnose me with problems i didn’t have to entice me to buy their overpriced products.i went in to get on stronger allergy medication, instead he tried selling me $60 regular vitamins.and telling me i should do a sleep study that would cost me a couple hundred dollars (never had sleeping problems in my life, i never even brought it up!) never did i think i’d be upset with a $20 co pay in my life

not to mention the doctor blamed everything on my “weight” i’m 5’10 230 pounds, i don’t have a weight problem at all and he’s trying to tell me that if i lost weight my seasonal allergies would “disappear ”, honestly felt like such a joke going in there. Won’t be going back.

Dr Lozanov has been treating my family for upwards of 10 years. He is a genuinely kind and thoughtful person. He is a wonderful listener and unlike most doctors I’ve encountered he will spend time with you and even research your issues after you leave. Even though we have moved to Santa Rosa we will still go back to Petaluma for all our medical needs. Thanks, Dr. Lozanov for caring!
