21 I was excited to try LSXO for the first time, but sadly left feeling disappointed. I expected better service - offering suggestions, explaining the sauces, etc. We asked what they suggested and when we were told lobster fried rice, we added that to our order. Shame on us for not asking what the price was because we were shocked when it was $165 for an item that we had to tear apart with different utensils to get the meat of the claws and lobster. It was a mess and honestly one of our least favorite dishes. I feel like the server should have provided the price for the item when it was suggested considering all the others we ordered were $35 or under. I do not recommend ordering that if you dine there. The $165 item really ruined it for me especially since the server didn’t seem to care at all when we expressed shock.
As others have said, they play hip hop with a lot of expletive language which was fine with us, but if you aren’t okay with that, I’d go elsewhere. And don’t order the lobster fried rice! Hahahhahah
