Lucca Shea Homes

We came to see the Plan 2 on February 10 on a scheduled virtual tour at 5pm. First problem we encountered was that the entry code didn’t and we had to get assistance entering the home. We very much enjoyed the virtual tour while inside the home. The view from the patio and living room was to die for. The second problem we encountered was that after the tour was completed, we stopped by the Lucca office to ask a single question to one of the reps. Apparently, the office closed at 5pm (the time of our virtual tour) and the agent was NOT too thrilled to help us after closing time. My question is, why schedule virtual tours after the office closes for the day? The agent was rude and gave us a rush answer. I am sure that this is not Shea Company policy. We would have loved to give a 5-star review, but the office reps need customer service training!
