Every interaction that i have had with Anna has been horrible. She is beyond rude and puts 0 interest on helping the residents. She has zero skills to treat people nicely and it really surprises me that she still has a customer-facing role in this company. Somebody needs to advise her to be nicer and not so rude and teach her how! Now in the other hand, Dora is a sweetheart and always willing to help!

Dora in the leasing office was a great help throughout the application process and put in a genuine amount of effort to assist in finding me the right place. I'm new to the community but, so far, very satisfied with the level of service I've been provided. Thanks again Dora and Luce staff.

If you knew a contractor was currently being investigated for stealing from a resident in your building, would you be comfortable allowing them into your apartment?

That's exactly what is happening at Luce apartments. A company that Greystar hired, American Power Solutions, stole my wife's wedding and engagement rings when maintenance staff left them unattended in our apartment. We filed a police report and there is an ongoing investigation. Greystar said they were taking it seriously and conducting their own internal investigation. I believed that to be true until today when I went downstairs and saw that American Power Solutions were back in the building doing additional work where they are again given access to the residents' personal property.

Greystar does not care about their residents, that much is obvious. Read all the reviews on here about the multiple thefts that regularly happen on site. They will tell you it's never possible to prevent 100% of incidents, that they take every precaution and do all they can to make the community safe. But how can that be true? A contractor that they hired, was accused by a resident of stealing valuable and sentimentally significant property, there is an open police investigation, and yet they rehire that same contractor and allow them into the homes of other residents. That is the literal opposite of doing everything they can. They don't even have the decency to make it look like they care.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place!

Anna is amazing and very helpful with any request. Whatever was needed she made sure I would receive it. The process of signing the lease was a breeze. Luce apartments have amazing luxurious amenities that I enjoy daily. The building is spotless clean and hallways smells great.

While signing my apartment lease, I’ve had the opportunity to meet Dora M. (The customer relations manager).
I would like to recognize that Dora was wonderful in so many ways.
She had all the patients in the world to to sit and explain the leasing contract (even the fine print). She also gave great recommendations on just about everything.
When ever you set your appointment At Luce, be sure to ask for Dora. Without a doubt, you will be in good hands.

Crystal Garcia, the manager, is the reason we've stayed happily living here for the last almost 4 years. She runs a tight ship in the office but I'm sure she has to given how many people live here that the office has to deal with. She throws the coolest events that make all my friends jealous of where I live. More importantly, she cares. I love finding excuses to go to the office so I can say hi. As long as she works here, I will live here.

Maintenance guy Chris was helpful in fixing a mold problem In my washer. Put in a request in the am and he came later that afternoon.

I have only lived here for a couple of months but let me tell you Dora is so awesome I am so glad that she is part of this community she has taken care of every single thing whether it be day morning night etc. Anna and Richard are also awesome they both together rock. Dora as been a savior and I'm so glad she's part of the management community here she has done everything and takes it in stride what an asset to the Luche apartments – thanks Dora!
