Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que reviews
20The service was delightful. The food would have been wonderful if they had reduced the amount of salt by one half. The turkey, dressing mashed potatoes.sweet potatoes, gravey were all heavily salted. We brought it home but we will not eat it. Unhealthy. All staff wonderful.
First time I've been in awhile. I was not impressed years ago but the menu has improved and I cleaned my plate!
Another great trip to Lucille's bbq with a quick detour to Costco to cash in on a special on Lucille's bbq gift cards. $100.00 of gift cards for $69.99. Then on to Lucille's for two three meat combo's! Just delicious!
The catfish and shrimp was fantastic and the waiter he was really cool very polite to deal with will be going back
Visiting cali and I had to make a stop here for the best beef ribs out there. Biscuits and apple butter complete the meal.
Good food and service. They are short on staff, but we made reservations and we're seated 10 minutes before our time. If you like BBQ, try Lucille's.
I dont get it.place is a ghost town inside, wait was 35 minutes for a sandwich to go. The food was just ok, not any life changing BBQ experience as i was hoping for. And the sandwich was poorly made, I had to fix it myself before eating. Perhaps thats part of their plan for me? The sauce was good, but a little sweet, was wanting more tangy, is there another choice? I will have to give it another try, maybe it was an off night.
Do the math- sad that in this economy that Lucilles is taking advantage of their servers. The service was excellent the food mediocre. The tip line shorts the server substantially every time.
Excellent service. In my opinion this is one of the best BBQ places around in the Temecula area. You have to try their fried pickles.
Great night to celebrate Veterans Day and birthday. Tracey, our waitress, was awesome. Thank you Lucille's for taking care of veterans.
Wonderful from start to finish. Drove 50 miles one way to eat here. Anytime in California, I look up the closest Lucille’s. Food was perfect, service was even better.
By far the worst ribs I've ever encountered! They were over cooked, dryed out and literally inedible. As you sit down and read the menu, your thinking that no restaurant would dare to charge the exorbitant prices they do without having top notch food and belly busting portions, but after you begrudgingly pay the tab, you regret the mistake and NEVER COME BACK!
This is one of my favorites. The food is excellent and the customer service is fabulous. Thank you very much. Food is always hot when it arrives.
Never could get seated, with plenty of open tables. So just left after almost an hour of watching others arriving after us get seated. Worst management I have ever seen.
Best slow & low authentic bbq, always consistent, order an app as sometimes they are busy. They actually have a friggin smoker in the middle of the restaurant so ya there's that. Great bartenders, great happy hour, and great atmosphere.
Good staff, great food.
The place was not packed and my server was pleasant but came occasionally and walked before we could ask for refills.
Sauces we asked for had to be asked for a few times and one guy said, there are sauces on the table. I asked which one of those said Ranch (obvious not a single one did) She finally brought some out.
Over all O give it an 8 out of 10.
I went in on a Sunday, and we wait almost two hours. Another family and I waited in the lobby, and they told us we still have 20 mins. We waited 20 mins and nothing. Then I looked at a table that is full of online orders. Sadly, they rather do online orders than the dine-in experience. It is a great shame, the food is great, the service it's not the same anymore. We left due to a long wait, and my mom was low on sugar; we went to eat somewhere else for the day.
I love this place, we got the Ultimate Feast. Tremendous amount of food, the portions were very well sized and everything was magnificently tasty and delicious. We went home with some BBQ and some extra sauce bottles for a future use. Thanks to my brother and sister-in-law for the BDay diner and the wonderful people at Lucille's for the great experience!
We went this Saturday and SMH ️. I can't say we had bad service. We go NO service in the bar area!
We sat there as waiters and waitresses passed by us numerous times without acknowledging us at all. Ridiculous! Finally after 23 minutes I placed an order over the phone for a to go order 4 2 people. I got that in 10 minutes. I watched as a lady got there 15 minutes after us go to the bar someone ran over took her order she ate her food and left before for we were even acknowledged. Not sure if it's a race thing. But NEVER GOING BACK AND DON'T RECCOMEND.
