There is one good cashier and the rest are rude as heck. It's always been that way different employees but they're not happy to check you out.

Great staff. Unfortunately there’s a reason this store is known as “Yucky”. Corporate doesn’t refresh store and it’s nasty. Now they got rid of all their hand baskets—have to use a cart. Wouldn’t mind so much except most of the aisles are clogged with temporary displays. Great place to shop if you like obstacle courses.

Easy to find all items. Quiet.

Very much a smaller store. Narrow aisles. But a helpful staff

I like shopping later in the day here.
In the morning the cashier's says to use the self serve register. I don't like using self serve registers.
I like everything else about the store and like the selections there.

The best checkers! Friendly staff! Very helpful and personal! The Lucky's have better staff than other grocery stores. Great sales! Great produce and yogurts!

I’ve been shopping at this grocery store since I was eight years old and now 61, and all the years I’ve shopped there I have never experienced such rude checkers in my life, and now there’s no grocery carts

My items rung up the wrong price too many times. Only stop there if I have to. Clerks not very friendly also.

This is an older store. Clean well stocked. Friendly staff. Some shortages like many stores but no problem.

They close at 10 pm now instead of 11 due to covid. I think they would benefit my community by staying open to 11pm.

Unsafe! Beware of this dangerous store, there is zero mask enforcement. When a customer refuses to wear a mask, Lucky's employees cannot kick the person out of the store, they don't even ask them to put on a mask. They simply ask them to put their shirt in front of their face for a few seconds. It is very dangerous to shop at a store like this where health protocols are not being enforced. It only takes one careless super spreader for everyone in the store to be infected. It only takes one super spreader coughing on items or produce and then you two get the virus. Stay away from this Lucky's, the mask policy is not being enforced the way it is at all other Sonoma county grocery stores.

Shopping at Lucky I'm never dissatisfied it was great experience Shopping there. The
employees always nice and always helping the customers. They have excellent quality in meats and produce. The lines are never long.

Dark, dank, lonely, scary, are words that I think of when I think of this Lucky's. Go with backup.
