Great customer service from Jessica. Her replies are always quick, she has helped me with ISF filing and very happy with Lucky Consol for delivering my shipment on time and with no damages. Thank You!

This company has helped us multiple times with our overseas shipments and has been very easy to work with and responds very quickly. They are also always willing to answer the questions I have. I defiantly recommend using them!

I cannot say enough positive things about Lucky Consul Inc. I've been doing business with them for over 5 years now and I can always count on them to do a first class job and provide first class service. The staff is always friendly, courteous, professional and always ready to jump in to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have. They are a First class organization that has made the last 5 years of importing goods from overseas a breeze.

We worked with Melissa, she was super attentive to all of our questions and answered all of our calls. Although it seems a little sketchy and takes some time Lucky Consol is legit.

Awesome service. Worked with Melissa who help me through the whole importing process. Making it a breeze for a first timer. So happy with the customer service I received. VERY responsive to my questions and followed up to make sure everything was good!

ZERO STAR - I wish i had seen the reviews prior to paying them thousands. Worst company to work with. The person who managed our crate named LUPE was absolutely disappointing. Lack of information from her caused us more warehouse delays and charges. Absolutely horrible and they charged us so much, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY PELASE. THERE MUST BE OTHERS BETTER.

If they could have billed and charged me a 4th time, they would have. My shipper went to pickup after getting the go ahead from them that shipment was available and then were refused on arrival because storage fees weren't paid. Typical and shady move to milk more money from the customer. Didn't take ownership and basically shrugged when I called them out on it. Literally had to pay them 3 different times to get my shipment. Wire transfer only btw ;)

Paid for my shipment by bank transfer more than 2 weeks before shipment actually arrived and when I was told I could pick up my shipment they has still not gotten the release from the importer they hired so now going on 3 hours waiting in the shipping office for them to get the final release sent over so I can drive away with my item. Will I even be able to pick up today? Who knows. One thing I do know is I will do everything in my power to NEVER work with this company again. If I could give negative stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. What a miserable experience

Horrible company to deal with. And Horrible customer service. They over charged, and had nonsense charges. They would not refund. I had to get another Broker to do the job of this company. I asked for help and I had to do all the work. Do yourself a favor and skip this company!

LuckyConsol is miserable to work with! ZERO STARS!
- Wanted to charge me 25% more in duty tax. I even showed them the rule showing it was 3% but they refused to accept it. Fortunately I was able to have another broker handle the duty fees and they only charged me 3%.
- Contacting them is hit and miss
- Can't pay with credit card or ACH. Wire fees cost me $35 and takes more of my time to process.
- In looking for another broker I found there are around 100 custom brokers. Lucky is on a list of the top 5 worst brokers to work with!
- Charged me more than I would have paid my own broker to handle the whole thing.
- Have zero understanding of what good customer service is!

If I could give zero stars, I would. As other reviews have stated, they ask for the same information over and over and though they have already received it. I was sent an invoice on 2/22 and paid immediately through bank transfer which posted 2/23. I email back stating that the payment was just sent over. I then follow up a week later after not hearing anything and Pamela states I never confirmed the pieces and number of pallets. This information was all in her email and on the invoice that I originally responded to when payment was submitted. I forwarded her all this again when she stated I would owe added fees now since I never confirmed the number of pieces (that were on the invoice that I paid for a WEEK prior). She continued to ask me if I was confirming until I responded in all caps that the number of pieces is correct. I would have not paid the invoice that stated the number of pieces in the shipment if I had an issue with it. Paying an invoice means I am giving you the clear that everything is correct. It's common sense. These people are COMPLETELY incompetent. RUN.
