I enjoy the service the lady have done when i gone there in pain and after a full body massage i feel far better and have a smile on my face.i enjoy touching me from head to toes

It is so upsetting that the lady In The front desk pressured my mother to pay a higher tip. She asked us to pay a 30% tip. Asking my mother and I to swipe our debit card again. This lady upfront may be the owner but does not entitled her to pressure you and demand to pay a 30% tip. She ruined experience after all.

Lady at the Frond Desk is So LAZYYYYYY! And she lies. I call a head of time to book a time, i come and she tells me “No, no time available, come back 1 hour”. Whats the point of making a appointment? Also she will book you with the wrong person, shes more interested in her phone and Instagram than doing her simple Job.

Other than that the massages are great, the front desk lady makes it a extremely terrible experience.

Kevin & Michael were our therapists. They are very experienced. The place is clean & convenient. Very good price. We did 60 mins combo. The last part was in the room for oil massage. My back felt better after the massage.

The lady at the front desk who takes payment treated my mom very bad yesterday. My mom got a massage and after she asked for change to give the lady for tip she demanded more and yelled at my mom. This lady told my mom that the tip is $10 minimum which is super unprofessional and illegal. The lady then harassed my mom and told her she knew she had more money because she gave her change. Will not be going here again. My mom felt really uncomfortable after leaving because of how she was treated by the lady at the front desk.

I had a combo 60 minute massage and the foot massage felt like light rubbing and the body massage made me uncomfortable. It was a man and he get putting his private regions on me.

Worst massage and worst experience.i asked for massage for lower back pain spent 90 dollars and the lady giving me the massage did not understand what i was saying and had to get the front lady to translate. I did not feel any difference left with pain still and then at the exit the lady was demanding a tip i said no because i still feel pain, she started yelling, pointing at me and berating me while i was in my car. I am only paying the 90 dollars which is more than enough i aint paying your employees wages as well. Never coming back

Paid for the message and upon leaving the lady the front desk was demanding I leave a tip. Plus charging $2 for transaction fee. She making a killing. Definitely lost a customer. You don't demand a customer to leave a tip if he/she want to leave a tip they will.

The massage you get depends on who you get. I will continue to go as it 8s a good value but you get what you pay for.

Lady at the front desk is killing this business. She charged my buddy 2 transaction fees of $2 totalling $4 because we ordered 2 foot massages. We called asking for two ladys, she says ok. After we pay $130 she tells us, sorry we have two men. Immediately we wanted to leave but couldnt since she had already charged our card.

After the massage she enters the room and tells us to “hurry up and leave”. This was the most rude massage experience I have had EVER.

Replace whoever works the front. She is killing this business. There are way better options available.

Massage was great, however the cashier was rude and said 30% tip was mandatory. I was already leaving a good tip and this lady got so upset and ruined the experience!

This place really is the best massage I’ve ever had. And I’ve been to several over the years. My masseuse Jasson has so much experience with foot reflexology and so much more. If you want a relaxing and HEALING massage, GO HERE! You won’t be disappointed. They also follow COVID guidelines so you are safe. Thank you Jasson for a great experience!
