Always someone cleaning up, not going to say spotless but clean. I have being going for years and the people working are always friendly. They always say hello.

Excellent laundromat it is quite expensive to wash there but the water is clean and in general everything is very clean
They have bathrooms, they are not luxurious but they are clean and well cared for and they smell clean
I recommend you take a little walk and try it I hope you like it as I do

It can get stressful when it gets crowded but when it’s not it’s quite chill. There is also a nice variety of different sized washers.

Edit 5/28/23- the doors were locked early this morning. I waited and no one was around to open them. Not sure if it's 24 hours still or someone left.

Edit 2/223- the prices have gone up 25 to 50 cents for the washers. You used to get 10 minutes of dry time for 25 cents but now you only get 5 minutes.

These prices are reasonable and the time it takes to wash is shorter than Caffe Laundry (Vermont near 5th).

This place has single load washers which is a plus.

There's AC, plenty of room to fold, chairs, and helps attendants.

The washing machines and dryers are no longer useful, the exchange machine only works one

The owner recently raised the price 25 cents gets you 5 minutes in the dryer The medium washer load is $3.75. Most machines are out of order. The staff keep the place clean but the price is ridiculous.
