Lulu California Bistro reviews
15Over priced garbage, just riding on their name sake. Don't go here. Small portions and overpriced
Great food and atmosphere but the 5 star rating is for Ramon our server. He is a master at his craft and was able to anticipate all of our needs. Fantastic service!
The food is always great. Service is pretty good. I wish the atmosphere (inside) was a little more cozy or quaint. It's so large it feels a bit like a cafeteria and can be loud. If weather permits, definitely take a seat in the patio. Great out there!
When you come here take a walking tour of the Interior. Is very unique extremely well-designed. The ahi poke nachos only get a 7. Russian Panini was good and the melon gazpacho was wonderful. Cucumber mule with a little flat tasting but the Cucumber mint cocktail was really good.
Excellent lunch for 7, they set up a nice table on the street corner with great views. Drinks were awesome, all different foods were all good
Ramon was fantastic! He was fun, personable and offered the best food suggestions for our large group. We loved our meals and dessert. The portobello dish over the top amazing. We will be back again soon. Thank you.
Nice setting with a large outdoor seating area with lots of ceiling fans moving the air around. A good menu with a good variety of choices. Portions are very generous and food very fresh and tasty. Service was also very good. Will definitely stop in again when visiting.
This place rocks. I love the food and atmosphere. If you decide to eat at LULU U GOTTA sit outside because there’s a lot of hot girls that walks through this place. Oh yeah the food is great also!
See you again soon
We visited Lulu's for lunch on a Thursday in Palm Springs. Our server was very friendly and helpful, which we enjoyed. We ordered a gluten-free Kobe burger and the lobster quesadilla. The burger was correctly cooked medium-rare and was delicious. The lobster quesadilla had a noticeable amount of lobster meat with mozzarella cheese. While acceptable, the lobster meat lacked flavor and the choice of cheese could have been better. We dined outside. The restaurant was clean and the staff was appropriately masked. Overall, we had a good experience.
First time going to Lulu's and it was a fun experience. The food was very good. The service was good. Very busy, lively environment and a great place to "people watch". But it's pricey! Lunch for 2 can easily cost $45 or more!
The hummus was sour. The margarita pizza had some kind of nasty flavor like rancid/burnt oil. Nasty. I wouldn't eat there again.
Pretty good, but they have got to pay attention to those details, for me to return and make it Great. Lox was missing the caviar, Chinese Chicken Salad was missing numerous ingredients listed, basically a cabbage slaw. Service was good, but get some experienced locals who really know their stuff and that menu.
Great service and atmosphere! Food was a little Cheesecake Factory-ish… nothing bad about it just nothing great. I tried the portabella mushroom tower, asian pasta, pizza. The pizza was really good! Go for the atmosphere and service, you wont be disappointed!
A Palm Springs staple - huge place with a great menu. Service and food is always good but expect to wait during peak times. If you're lucky, patio seats are great.
First time at Lulu's in Palm Springs, CA. Food was delicious. Husband ordered Fish & Chips, coleslaw & fries (he said it was great!), I ordered the Ahi Tuna Bowl with jasmine rice, cucumbers, avocado, julien carrots & pickled seaweed, with dressing on the side which was perfect as you decide how much or how little you want. We also ordered a Wedge salad (picture shows half of it) with cheese crumbles, shaved red onions and Rouqfer dressing! It was DELISH! And best part for us. Dog Friendly Restaurant. Needless to say we will be back!
