I love the clothes so comfortable. Expensive but worth it. All customer service staff is great except for one girl. I cannot remember her name but while I was trying on pants and asked for a smaller size her response was “really? You don’t want it too tight. ” I felt so uncomfortable asking for an even smaller size again, so I just returned at a different date and realized I’m actually a 10 there, not the 14 that she was trying to put me in and question me on. She could use a little training on non petite bodies. I’m only a 10/12 US sizing and I can’t imagine how she would treat someone if they were larger.

I visited the UTC store a few weeks ago and was greeted by very friendly employees who helped me find the exact piece that I needed that fit me like a glove!

Tried to call this store to ask if an item was in stock multiple times. It goes to a 1800 number, then prompts, then rings, then “sorry we are away from the phone”

I had an excellent experience here! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Tori was great, and helped me with every question I had. Cannot recommend enough!

Lululemon is a fraud! I am a 10 year sweat member and there closing there application of 20% discount! Other yoga companies give 30% and quality and respect. Lululemon is being run by China! Poor quality, poor customer service and do Not stand by there word in what they’re selling.

I recently visited the UTC store and had a great experience. Better than any other time thanks to CARLOS. He help my daughter and I for a while. He was extremely patient, very knowable, professional and friendly.:)
