5The best customer service store located in SD for sure. The staff went above and beyond to help me today. Great location, great staff definitely recommend.
Did not appreciate the unprofessionalism of the staff at this store who did not follow company policy. When the manager was informed, she did not bother to rectify the situation. Never had an issue at a Lulu store prior… this store must be doing poorly if they can’t stand behind their service (or lack there of) and do right by the customer. Thankful for the store in La Jolla - they fixed the problem AND earned my business (again!).
Very small location — like, teeny tiny
But they are always very nice, eager to help however they can, get the newest drops & have a lil’ clearance section too.
READ BEFORE BUYING FROM LULULEMON! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, "PRETEND WAIT LINE", HIGH PRICES LOW QUALITY. "NO RETURN" STORE!
Products are great, they do free alterations and I enjoy run club here every Wednesday nights!
