Lumber Mill Bar & Grill reviews
6Been coming here for years and didn’t like that they covered the outdoor patio area. I really enjoyed having a beer and the fresh air. Service has been slacking. Went to the bar and no one came to offer me a menu. Went to the Brewery across the street and they took care of me from the moment I walked in.
Delicious food! My toddler and we enjoyed our meal! I got the san Francisco burger, and they got the fried chicken. Ranch is amazing. Vibes were chill. Servers were so nice.
Oh man I have to just say THIS PLACE WAS SO GOOD! I went camping for the first time in herkey campgrounds and by the time I set up my camp, I was hungry. Drove over to Idyllwild to grab a bite. Do not arrive after 9 because it was obvious people go bed at a reasonable hour. Well i was that customer that arrives right as the grill is closing. They said they could make burgers and I wasn't picky. The waitresses were amazing and friendly and it was fun to listen to the conversations of the remaining customers as they were winding down. The Burger was out of this word and the corn nuggets were over the top. Cooked exactly as I wanted.
I will be driving back to try more of their menu.
Great cafe. We ate like puppies in a garbage dump. We barely managed to leave.
I had the best margarita of my life here. Shout out Olive the great bartender!
My wife and I visit Idyllwild twice a year or so, but I somehow never found this place until now. We came for lunch and sat with our dog on the patio. I had the Idy California Burrito, a twist on the classic that uses onion rings instead of fries. As a SoCal native, burritos are a staple piece of my diet. This burrito might honestly be the best I have ever had. It's possible I've enjoyed a burrito more at some point in life but nothing comes to mind. Every single ingredient was perfect, including the salsa on the side. Dang. Wife had a salad and fries which were both top notch. Our new go-to in town.
