Rude customer service I called twice to place a order told me I couldn’t order a combination plate, and that their menu has changed and I need to come in to order when I was trying to order over the phone for pick up. She was rude and said over the phone yelling at someone a background they don’t know what they want. Can you hurry up I have customers this established may have been up for years, but their customer service is poor wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Salty probably from their sweat. Gross.unsanitary. Rude lady upfront still there. Flea market is overpriced dolla store junk.

I looked at my plate when I got home, my mama said there was a fly in her food that's when she lost her appetite, the Darrellls special 2 medium size boxes 26.00.you might want to put these around your door entrances

The food is good and portions are generous and I've never tasted old or rewarded. Its made as u order and pay. But the lady at the cash register. OMG.its comical to just watch her interact with customers shes as rude as he'll, so much so that u think its.gotta be staged.nope its who she is. Food is good, popular for that reason and I guess to.go watch rude lady fight with customers.

Horrible service the old lady that takes the order forces u to tip in order to dine in her attitude is also horrible no persnoality and makes u feel unwanted

This is our hole in the wall place but not anymore, it's bad now. I want 1/2 star if I can but there is none. Food is not good anymore. They raise the price and it's not worth it. There is also a sign that says "pay frist" instead of "pay first: and "pay gratuity" before you even get seated.

So we've been coming to this place since childhood and I go in to dine in today Feb 28,2023 and we go straight to sitting as usual. The lady who is always very rude says we have to go order and pay first. So no problem we go order n pay and after she asks are we going to tip. She caught me off guard because usually you leave a tip after depending how the service is. So we kindly tell her will tip after we're done. She quickly goes off and starts blabbing all this stuff that there is an automatic tip if you dine in which I'm still in shock because not even at a fancy restaurant you are forced to tip unless you have a party of more than 8 people. We go sit down n she brings us the food and the orange chicken has a hair. Like how am I suppose to tip with things like this. After we had to get our own sauces, straws because aparrently if you don't tip you don't get the customer service you deserve. Im sorry this place is good but this lady is going to have them go downhill with poor customer service. I came back to edit my post because of course we didn't leave a tip for bad customer service and the hair on the food. After we left we get in the car and she comes out harrasing us knocking on the car window sayings we can't go in to dine in anymore because we didn't leave a tip. Who in their right mind thinks they can obligate someone to leave a tip let alone for service like hers. She needs to get fired or fix her rude attitude because she's going to get on someones bad side foreals.

The lady who takes orders have no customer service skills whatsoever. Online it says they close at 7: 30pm and a few customers and myself walked in at 6: 30pm to place orders. She was upset telling us that we had to come in before 6: 30 to place an order because it takes a long time to cook the food. So they someone said we’ll fix your sign upfront. Someone called and try to place an order then she started cussing them out. Not to mention their restaurant looks like flea market.

The food was delicious
Its been many years I went there I took my husband for the first time he loved the food!

People complain about area but its actually a very nice place
Don't miss out on this great food until you try for yourself and see its been here in Fresno for years and there is a reason for that were very happy we went again ️️

Didn't feel my order was fresh I haven't been here for years and to come expecting the same freshness I remember was not at all what I ended up with.

Big portion sizes, apparently you HAVE/forced to tip if dining in, idk if that’s legal or not but that’s up to them. Prices has gone up but overall still a good price of okay-ish food

No menu for dine in. Wanted us to pay first with tip before we even received service. Luckily I decided not to tip first and I found a hair in the food. The cashier than came over to brag about how the other table tipped her first. She also gave one napkin per person. Super rude lady.

This place used to be the spot back in the day's
Food is getting a little better
They do give you a lot of food for the price
Only thing I thought was Crazy is that you had to pay for your meal before you sat down and you had to leave a TIP!

Just a mess with worker's. Had to leave my lil family really wanted to eat there. My son started to cry because he wanted to eat and at the end they let us leave empty handed. Now I had a crying child very upset of the situation. All I wanted was broccoli beef the communication was beyond awful I really try to understand language barrier and be patient. We live in the valley I'm used to it but I've never had this big of an issue in what I think was simple. Pork chowmein, pork fried rice, beef broccoli? Took about 15 mins going back and forth and just ended up leaving. I've never posted but man this was just one crazy experience

Riding down Divisadero and my dad goes "hey lums is still there, haven't been there in like 40 years". So we pulled in. Love these old hole in the wall spots in Fresno. Food was ok, staff was very friendly, portions were huge, and cheap. So definitely had some pros to it, but the food was average.

Customer service is bad! Went in there and had questions. When I had asked the lady in the front what the soup sizes were she was giving me an attitude already. She went to grab the container angrily and said all sizes are the same for every restaurant. This is not true. I had been to Chinese restaurants where the containers can be longer or shorter. Then I asked if they had crab wontons and she said yes they have fried wontons so I ordered that along with 2 soups. When I went back inside to see if the food was ready I asked her if they did Shanghai beef there. Again, with her attitude she said no don’t I know every Chinese restaurant is different and they don’t have it there. She could’ve clearly just said sorry no we don’t but instead she made a rude comment. When my food came out I looked and the wontons did not have any fillings inside so I told her this isn’t what I ordered. I ordered the wontons with the cream cheese inside. & she started saying they don’t have that. & why didn’t I say that. Clearly in the beginning I had stated to her if they had crab wontons and she said yes they have fried wontons. She didn’t state that it does not have fillings. I asked for my refund and instead she was trying to argue until the manager came out & told her to refund me back. I had told him she was already rude from the beginning when I walked in to order. When I walked out she yelled don’t come back. Yes I won’t come back because there’s other places I would rather go spend my money at then a place with rude customer service.
