Worst customer service. Sent me a damaged product and told me too bad I had to reject it with the delivery service. I guess fedex is supposed to wait here until i can unpackage and inspect the items in full to see the damage. Unreal.

There is no support. Received my XXX and the bike doesn’t throttle. No error messages. Very disappointing paying 4k and now having to wait for “email support” to get back to me. **Update 10/18 they got back to me having me try troubleshooting some steps. No success. They even suggested I bring the bike to them to fix.
I am local as in 1 hour away but do not own a car that would fit this or truck to lug this so that’s not an option. I have requested a replacement bike and they have not agreed to that yet have told me to go ahead and charge back with my credit card company OR bring it in to them to fix. The customer service is hands down the worst. I am not sure if they were not trained or if the owners of the company just don’t care.

**Update 10/19. The CS manager JASON sends me a one sentence email with a return label and to let them know when it’s in transit. No instructions as to how to return it since clearly the bike is assembled. I will be happy to share with anyone who wants to view the email history with this company.

LUNA motor installed on motobecane night train fat bike. The motor was modified to accept a Lekkie 40T HD package.

The Talaria sting R is amazing and super fun! If you are worried about how much power it has, don’t be. The only time I am wanting more power is when I try to do a wheelie at 40+ MPH. But then I remember I should just ride one of my motorcycles if I want to do that.lol. It even wheelies just fine in Eco mode! I am 6’ tall and some taller bars and stem made the bike feel so much better! Some better Pegs are a good idea too. If I had to complain about something I’d say the back brake is pretty meh, at least on my bike it is. It makes a weird noise and doesn’t brake nearly as good as the front brake for some reason. I feel like something was wrong with it right out of the box. So I’d say a new rear brake setup is coming soon. The only real con, is trying to convince all my friends to get one! They ALL love it and want one, but just won’t pull the trigger on it. Haha

Have always been responsive to all my service needs. Parts get shipped promptly and have always fit the first time.

The motor core failed after 120 hours. I spoke to customer service and they convinced me to purchase a controller. I did and that didn’t correct the issue. Then they said it was the core and I replaced it and it did correct the problem. To me the amount of money I invested the warranty should have been better. The motor failed way before I got any value in the use of it. I wasted money troubleshooting to correct the problem. I would not recommend this product

There is nobody to speak with or to answer the phone. I am a new customer, placed an order online and was told via email it was shipping a couple of days ago for sure and I would get tracking that day per the manager. I never got tracking so I emailed. I just got an email confirmation for a refund. They chose to refund my money instead of just shipping a bike that I have to put together.
** Update: So this reply from the owner is inaccurate and untrue. If my order was definitely going to be shipped yesterday like you said, why would you have refunded me tonight? You would not have sent a bike yesterday and also given me my money back tonight. That is why I asked for a refund. Why wouldn't you just apologize and say you couldn't get it out yesterday and offer and discount and ship it today? The ship a bike that has to be assembled by the purchaser seems like an easy way to make money.

Plan on buying another one soon. Funnest pit bike I’ve ever ridden. Don’t have to worry about annoying the neighbors either.

I have been riding mountain bikes im the high mountains of new mexico since 1976. I pursued every discipline in mountain biking including downhill, enduro, cross country, etc.my LUNA enduro is the most extreme approach to the sport I have ever experienced. I ride with other Eriders on there specialized, Lamere, and santa cruz bikes and it is great having the highest performing bike in the group.
Our average rides are 25 miles with 3000' to 4000' elevation change starting from 7000'. My bike is decisively dominant in all aspects including handling power and temperature control. When there batteries are drained my Luna still has 25% percent.
I spent my carrier as an extreme sports athlete and have competed in many sports include extreme skiing, wavesailing, surfing, kayaking, motocross, and mountain biking.

Riding this bike is is close to the best of all. The speed and traction have made it possible to climb and access terrain that we never imagine possible. And it is fun to always have the best performing bike in the crew. Flipping on LUDI on steep climbs is a great option that other bikes dont have. Not even close.

Luna is awesome! Had to watch & wait to jump in when stock was there, which is to be expected how popular the XXX is. From purchase to arrival was very professional. I knew what was going on the whole time. Bike is a crazy fun urban assault weapon & there is a ton of videos out there on the final tweaks you need to do, SO WATCH THEM.

I love my Talaria Mx4 It is exactly what i was hoping it would be. Now that i have a second set of tires and wheels from Luna, I am even happier Supermoto or dirt i’m covered either way

Processed quick shipped fast, bike arrived in decent shape missing 1 bolt. Contacted luna for the replacement and one was sent. Was a good experience.

So Far All I can say if WOW I love this Bike! On the other hand its Killing my wallet I cant stop upgrading it. So far Shinko tires, KO Nano controller 60v 53ah EBMX Battery, Gritshift bash guard and suspension linkage kit, pro taper bars, stem lock. Besides that the bike rides super smooth on and off road. I ride it to work every day 25 mile round trip, rain or shine and its saved me alot of $$. I would reccomend Luna Cycles to all interseted the CO.answered all my questions Before and after the purchace of my Bike. I fought long and hard about an ELECTRIC Bike theres no Tesla in my future IM V8 Gas guzzler all day long. Being able to ripp around when and where ever I feel and know one can hear me thats the Ticket that sold me.

Light enough to put in the back of my SUV by myself, fast enough to hold its own on the street, strong enough to stand up to tough trails, and fun enough to ride every day!

Great bike. I love not having a clutch and rear foot brake. Its like a mountain bike on steroids! Lighter than a combustion dirt bike of the same power. Great for all ages. You might want to consider something else if you are over 6' or 200lbs though.
