Luna Grill - Bressi Ranch, Carlsbad CA

It'd have been five out of five accept one of the workers felt it necessary to tell me to wear a mask when I got out of my seat to get a spoon. Rudely, when it wasn't necessary. Really loudly so that everyone else could hear. It ruined a $50 meal with my family. I should have told her to stick the mask in her. Well, I was trying to be a good man and set a good example. So I went with just being cool, and just saying thanks.

I been trying to taste this food since my wife tried it a while back after she bought some leftovers from an office meeting and it was good. I tried a double protein plate of Gyro and chicken with some white rice and a side of salad and it was really good, the plate has really decent amounts of meat and chicken and the chicken is the best I have ever tasted, it has great flavor and it's tender. There is a Salmon plate if you like fish and they also sell beyond burgers with a choice of salad or fries. I will definitely come back again.

A good amount of rice with kebab chicken lamb, or beef on a plate with half a pita and a bit of salad. Not cheap for any entree.

Nancy is so kind. I went to this location and she was very professional and fast with my order. My order was ready very quick and it was delicious! I will always refer family and friends to this location with this great experience I had with Nancy and staff here.

I ordered online then picked up my order. All protocols followed for the Co-Vid 19 regulations (no dine in) Chicken and Veggie Kabobs were delicious!

I went to this Lina Grill today with my sister. We ordered the Chicken Plate, plus sides of felafel and tabouli. This amount was perfect for the two of us for lunch the two of us but also we both got extremely yummy take home boxes. Yay! The food was extremely tasty and healthy but we had tabouli on everything so that made it even better! We immediately became rewards members, loaded the app, grabbed baklava to go and will be back very soon!

While the food items that make up what is on the menu are fresh and well prepared, the food is lackluster. It suffers from yet another inauthentic chain branding of regional cuisine. The salad dressing had a strong tarragon aftertaste that was off-putting. My wife's falafel had to be remade so that it wasn't over-fried. When it did come back properly cooked, it was overly spiced. My chicken kabob while good, lacked enough grilling or seasoning typical for this kind of food. The staff were friendly and helpful, but I prefer more authentic locally owned and run Mediterranean restaurants. I would only eat here again if I were in the area and lacked other options. Otherwise, not so much.

Look, I get it, Covid-19 times unprecedented yadda yadda, for the most part my experience here has been fine but as of late it's just not even worth going here anymore.

I went to go pickup mine and my coworker's orders and when I got there they said they had no record of me ordering and that someone had already taken one of my coworker's orders. I get it, system errors happen and people are terrible and steal orders. What I wasn't ready for was to be interrogated for the next 10 minutes and despite showing my and my coworker's receipts they still kept accusing me and acting like I was trying to get free food.

After showing them both my order receipts and arguing that I hadn't done anything wrong one of the ladies at the front holds up a Gyros plate and says "this has been here for like 30 mins for (other customer name) but I think he left already with his order so let's just give it to him".

For the most part the food is decent, if a bit pricey, and up until recently the service has been alright but from now on we will probably be patronizing other restaurants in the Bressi plaza.

EDIT: I went back despite by previous experience and was once again disappointed by a very small portion size. $15 for a few small pieces of chicken and a few little strips of gyros? Not worth it at all, this will probably be my last visit here.

Edit 2: "We would love to hear from you" my a**. That email gives you an autoresponse that says they are out of the office and will respond within 2 days, it will surprise no one that they did not.

Food arrived super late through grubhub (which they redeemed by refunding me) and my order was completely wrong. I ordered a cupcake as part of my order for my father in law who passed’s bday and that never arrived. I ordered a gyro and chicken plate and got chicken and rice $15 for chicken and rice. Called to complain and they offered me store credit. Luckily grubhub gave me all of my money back, thank you grubhub! I do not recommend this place at all. Horrible food and horrible customer service.

So I show up at 8: 53 pm I walk in and a girl in a red shirt asks if I'm picking up. I said no I want to order food. She said sorry I'm Closing in 5 minutes. So I asked her so does that mean I can't order? She's like sorry you can't. Keep in mind she was just standing there talking to a co worker. Where's the Customer service at and how are you gonna turn down a paying Customer?

Got a veggie burger from special advertised. I forgot what they called it. It was made of beets and delicious. I really liked the grainy cheese like spread.

Food was delicious! It just took a while and some convincing to get the right plate in front of me. They kept trying to give me lamb, but I ordered beef with no rice. They also forgot the carrots and tomatoes which comes on every plate. I asked for an extra side of tzatziki sauce 4 times. I had the receipt right there to prove it, I just think the communication between people handing out food and the cooks are pretty separated. Once the food was right, it was fantastic! I love that you can get all salad and no rice.great customizable menu! I will be back! Just probably not on a weekday at lunch time.

The service was so slow, I know it’s not a fast food restaurant but there aren’t that many orders and I’ve been here for 20 minutes

The food is average for Greek food at best and the portions are on the small side for the price. Go to any other family owned Mediterranean/Greek restaurant for MUCH better food and bigger portions. Ok place to go if you want Greek and nothing else is open nearby.

Let me start by saying my wife and I are Mediterranean food lovers. We have been to every place in north county and we are smitten with this Luna grill. There is a LOVELY girl who works there and her smile keeps us coming back again and again (did I mention she is lovely?). The food is great and the atmosphere is great. You could do a whole hell of a lot worse. Well worth the money.

Had to wait for more than half an hour for my meal. Got excuses from the manager. But the employees are nice and I get free soda Everytime I come here so it's okay ish

I love Luna Grill but this locations is awful. The service is horrible and completely unhelpful. Steer clear of this location and choose one of the other awesome local Luna Grill locations!

Good fast food. Best I can rate a fast food restaurant, as it does not meet the criteria of a restaurant.
