Luna Grill, Eastvale CA

I was disappointed my order wasn't ready on time. I do understand that it was a busy Valentine's Day dinner rush, but I ordered online at 4: 30pm and selected the option to have my order ready by 6pm. I arrived just before 6, and the order wasn't ready until 6: 30. Other than that, the food was great, and the order was correct.

Horrible experience waited 30+ mins for my food simple chicken and rice plate. Manager was walking out mobile orders while I was just sitting. Not recommended

Lidia is a good employee at Luna Grill. She brought my food out in a timely manner. The food was packaged neatly and she brought it out with a smile. I appreciate Lidia’s kindness and professionalism at the Luna Grill in Eastvale, California.

Excellent place for taste and healthiness. The customer service was awesome! Must include the side desert with you meal for sure. The chicken gyro combo was legit as well as the pistachio desert:)

Good food great service. The manager was awesome and greeted all the customers and checked in on us in the middle of our meal. Staff was equally as friendly. Clean very nice

Ordered family meal. Picked up order went home and it only had 2 regular meals in the bag. Clearly they gave me the wrong order and I paid ALOT more for the family meal. Called to speak with manager, manager never available, left MANY messages for manager to call me back and never got a call back. Never got a refund or correct order. Went into the store a few weeks later to speak with manager and guess what there wasn't one available. I was asked to leave another message and they would call me back. So for terrible customer service I will never go there again!

Took 30 minutes for a gyro plate to go order rice tasted like it was made with dish water and lastly the gyro was dry and stiff.all of that for 16$. Sucks because I used to love coming to this place

My family and I went went to have dinner at Luna Grill and the food was really good. I highly recommend it.

Great food and Lidia was extremely attentive to our order even though we had a big group. Excellent customer service.

I know of better Mediterranean restaurants, but none close enough to meet at on this trip.

My first time at Luna Grill was a good experience. The service and food were amazing, both of my aunts repeated that they have a new go to restaurant. Lidia was very friendly, professional and tentative to all the customers. I definitely recommend Luna Grill and they have a great vegan option.

Good food. I had ckn & koobideh kebab plate with house salad. I really liked the texture of the chicken and the rice gave an excellent flavor.

I was worried that my order was going to get messed up, because I ordered quite a bit of food and it was really busy when I arrived. Fortunately, everything was correct and the food was excellent. I highly recommend Luna Grill.
