I have been getting my tax’s done by Irma for years now, I was referred by a friend. I can’t see myself going to anyone else. Her assistant Julia is very sweet and has half of the work ready for when Irma calls you back! It’s great in and out service, Irma is a very kind and caring person, professional, and fast. I recommend her to you 100%.

This place used to be great, but the last couple of years if I had a question about our return, Maria would get very upset and assume that we were questioning her "professionalism". Simple questions. I mean it's our money and if we are paying for a service, why can't we have our questions awnsered without being told that she is insulted. I dont know, maybe go some where else to do your taxes.you might not get the information you need.

Lunas tax service went above and beyond to help me with my tax needs. She provided stellar service the entire time and showed the utmost sense of urgency to do things right the first time in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this business for any of your tax/ financial needs.

I agree with Rebecca’s comment. I had a family member that went there and it was basic taxes, more like lazy work. Irma regarding your comment, you can’t state Rebecca’s comment is false just because you can’t find her in your records. She might have a family member or a friend that went to you, next time you should have a better response to defend your small business.

I am the owner of Luna Tax Service. I just wanted to respond to the comment made by Rebecca Maldonado. I am shocked that she made a comment about my business when she was never my client. I checked all my records going back to 2017 and there was no record of her.
Rebecca if you are reading this, please make sure I was the one who did your taxes because you are creating negative comments on my business and I can sue you for defamation. I take full pride of my job. We are a small business and I dedicate my time and effort to provide a good service. If you come to my office, I will have the pleasure to meet you since I do not know who you are.

Soy el propietario de Luna Tax Service. Solo quería responder al comentario de Rebecca Maldonado. Me sorprende que haya hecho un comentario sobre mi negocio cuando nunca fue mi cliente. Revisé todos mis registros desde 2017 y no existe ningún registro de ella como mi cliente.
Rebecca, si estás leyendo esto, asegúrate de que fui yo quien hizo tus impuestos porque estás creando comentarios negativos sobre mi negocio y puedo demandarte por difamación. Me enorgullezco de mi trabajo. Somos un pequeño negocio y dedico mi tiempo y esfuerzo a brindar un buen servicio. Si vienes a mi oficina, tendré el gusto de conocerte ya que no sé quién eres y ni estas en ninguno de mis archivos.

I do not recommend people going here unless you have BASIC taxes. They will not go out of their way to properly add everything to your taxes. A year later here I am with IRS asking for details thats should’ve been done here. NOT OKAY.
No vengan a este lugar si tiene mas de un trabajo y cosas de que agregar a su taxis. Aquí no están dispuestos a ayudar a la persona. Solo quieren trabajar rápido y agarrar lo más clientes que puedan. Ahora un año después el IRS está pidiendo papeleo de cosas que yo les había dicho aquí pero no quisieron hacer.
