Such awesome employees at this store Sunday night. The ladies working were super nice & helped us find exactly what we needed. Organized and clean as always. Will definitely be back again soon!

I had the best experience with Teddy and bee they both were so amazing and very welcoming and friendly. I was able to find products for my sensitive skin that helped soothe my skin and I will definitely be going back

I'm sure it's nice but my husband and I couldn't stay in the store as the aroma from all the products gave us headaches.

Really nice employees, and you can't beat the environmentally friendly products. My only wish would be that my favorites (yummy custard and yog nog) were available year round. Oh well, I've learned to stock up.:)

Went to lush to buy a birthday gift. Sales staff were very knowledgeable about the different products (lotions, bars & bombs) including how bath bonds were made.

This place is amazing. Lovely scents and wonderful, inclusive and friendly staff. I am nonbinary and my wife just came out as trans, and they helped us pick some wonderful romantic scents to make our anniversary truly special.

Wish I could afford more from here. Love the body scrubs and lotion. That's pretty much all I've tried.

My wife and I visited the Lush boutique at the Westfield mall. There seemed to be a fair enough selection of excellent, all natural products. However, the highlight of the visit was, and should always be, the superb customer service. We had the pleasure of working with Serena. She was very knowledgeable, but most of all, genuinely enthusiastic about her product. Serena made it a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!

The last visit wasn't so pleasant, the products that were suggested by the employees there only made my hair worse.

Always plenty of employees to give customer service. They spend the time to tell you about all the products and how to use them. Products are all vegan.
