Lush Cosmetics, Fresno CA

I am in town from Texas for a wedding and we were shopping getting everything we needed for the weekend. As we walked past LUSH, I mentioned how their hand scrub is to die for! My partners sister is pregnant and has extremely dry hands and said she wanted to try it since she's never been there before. We walked in and were greeted by multiple staff members. Vanessa was so incredible. So informed, so personable, so sweet. This was quite honestly the best experience at any LUSH I have ever been to, and I have been coming in for their face masks, body scrubs, and shampoo for years. We got to sample a few things, Vanessa spoke to us about their top of the line face moisturizer called gorgeous. We tried that on and ended up buying a few things because; wow, customer service was top notch, and the products were incredible. Then we left. As we were walking around, we kept feeling our faces and talking about how Vanessa wasn't wrong, this moisturizer is seriously the best. We ended up going back in and getting more help from Aminty and buying the Gorgeous moisturizer. We got home with all of our things, did a face mask, applied the gorgeous, and our skin looked so flawless for the wedding the next day. So thank you, staff, and specifically Vanessa and Amity for your customer service and friendly help! I'm grateful for yall, and we will definitely be back. It was so much fun that we are planning to have a bach party there at the end of the year.

Great store full of incredible natural body products such as bath bombs and bubble bars, body scrubs, hair & body products. No animal testing.

Prices are not too expensive. Staff is friendly and helpful. The products are interesting and fun. I bought hair shampoo and conditioner bars. They smell great and clean well.

I always enjoy coming into Lush the staff is always so knowledgeable and helpful! I had an absolute blast with Amity a few weeks ago and got info on all the things - this store is my happy place

I have always loved Lush products and yes you can buy online but the best way to buy is go in and touch, test, smell and experience Lush live. But what makes Fresno store experience worth it is staff like Cheyenne and the manager Evonne Service and knowledge will trump all. But these two make it fun too. The product sells itself but service makes it worth it.

Been here several times. First time Customer service beyong 20000xs. Lexi is so helpful. She's incredibly knowledgeable and approachable. Despite working by herself she handled all customers incoming and outgoing at the register and acknowledged everyone who entered. I hope management sees this because lush is expensive, but ill come back just for the service. She needs paid vacation time. I hope to run into her again when I come back.

I LOVE this.store and products! The employees are so helpful and friendly. I work retail as a Regional LP manager and the team here is so great. Have never had a bad visit. They showed me all.the new items, let me sample some and kept me engaged. I had not planed on buying anything but with service like this I had to buys some goodies. I will be back

I was a little overwhelmed with all the different products but the Vivian n Amity were great at helping me out and pointing me to the right spots to find what I needed.

I love every product that I have ever tried from LUSH. From bath bombs, to moisturizers, body scrubs, shower gels; they have it all! Everything smells amazing too. All other brands of bath bombs are weak sauce in comparison. If you want to treat yourself, this is the place to go. (also every worker ive met here is so helpful).

This place just smells AMAZING and I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and offered product suggestions which is so inviting. It's wonderful to indulge in a little self care and LUSH makes that possible with thier incredible products and awesome customer service. Totally recommend and will be back soon!

I work across the way, and time to time I come in. Mostly because I'm board on my lunch but everytime I come in there girls treat me so good. Staff are always so nice. I love the bar shampoo
