Lush Cosmetics, Santa Clara CA

So I recently went to this lush last week of June on a Friday. To the San Jose one.
I love all lush stores. I’m from Santa Barbara area. So the closest lush to me is I think thousands oaks. I love that lush don’t get me wrong. But when I went to this lush in the mall. It was huge. I wanted to try some new products but didn’t know where to start. An awesome amazing employee helped me out. They were showing me different products of what I was looking for. I took whatever they recommended. I had an amazing experience I forgot to grab their name. I went home tried the products, oh my gosh. The products they recommended to me was beyond my expectations and I loved them so much that in a week I drove 4 and a half hours to drive back to get more. AND WHAT YOU KNOW. The employee that helped me was there again. She remembered me! And said hey! Welcome back again! And recommend me products that I love and couldn’t wait to come back home and try. Their name was Yazmine! WITH A Y! Remember it because I will. They are the reason why I love going to this store. And I will keep driving back 4 hours just to get those products because their knowledge about them was so helpful. Love this store and customer experience. Thank you YAZMINE!

Every time I go into this store, I’m always greeted and spoken to so pleasantly. This isn’t just one or two employees, but the whole store is genuinely so helpful and kind.

Awesome store, I’ve never seen a location this large. I did a pick up order and it was ready fast and I retrieved it in a timely manner. Staff were friendly too. It also came with a free sample!

Visited this store to see their exclusive fresh skincare items and had so much fun! The store manager was very nice and fun and we had so much fun talking with them and one of their floor leaders named Jesse who was amazing and kept checking in on us and getting us samples.

The staff at this store is wonderful. They always humor my daughter (4) who is a big bath bomb fan. Specifically, I want to give a shoutout to Jesse, who is always up for chatting with us!

They didn't have the items in stock & offered to have them shipped to our home. We thought that was great. We paid. The clerk typed our email incorrectly. After over a week at home with no package, I had to call their corporate office. It took a while to locate the order but they finally did. The store charged me but didn't put the order through for 8 days! It took almost 3 weeks to get the order. No excuse. The store told us 3 to 4 days to get it. I guess they meant 3 to 4 weeks! I love Lush and their products. But this store needs better training.

Absolute best experience, me and my friend went in so frustrated we couldn’t find any affordable clothes at valley. We went into lush upset and looking to make ourselves feel better, an employee (pardon my spelling) yasmine, was the kindest most honest and helpful person I’ve ever met in customer service. They helped me find best products for my terribly frizzy curls, to my dry cracked skin. Even gave us a bunch of samples to try at home! I am amazed by how different my attitude was towards the world walking into the store, as opposed to walking out. Will definitely be stopping in when I run out of my curl power hair cream and eau Roma water facial toner. Thanks again yasmine!

My experience isn't about this store specifically but rather a purchase I made online. I placed an order online for the easter and Mario question block bath bombs, my order kept being delayed and when it finally arrived The Mario block bomb was completely broken! I called customer service to return the broken bomb, and was informed that I would have to pay for return shipping, the agent also stated that shipping is going to be a little expensive because there warehouse is in Canada! What the hell! I'm suppose to pay for return shipping on an item that was broken when I received it! I paid $18 bucks for a broken bath bomb and you want me to pay even more for shipping! I don't use the bath bombs personally, I get them for my son and I know one customer no longer shopping at lush isn't going to make any difference but I'm definitely not supporting a company who doesn't take care of there customers. GOODBYE LUSH!

I don’t know if the management team is petty or they just choose to select customers to be nice to. Rude guy with glasses just pushing my bag towards me after I said no to a receipt. Thanks for making me feel like I’m not welcomed in the store. The second this man pushed my bag towards me, I almost wanted to just return all the products I bought. I’ll definitely be going to another store because the employees are just shallow.

I always love Lush Cosmetics! It makes zero waste shopping fun! My favorite things in the shop are the bath bomb collections and the shampoos!

I went in on Saturday with my nephew and Michael was absolutely LOVELY. Amazing, outstanding customer service. He did so much to make my nephew and I feel welcomed; my nephew is disabled and autistic and Michael was one truly an angel about it. I wasn't even really going to buy anything. I just wanted to go in because the store was a bit empty for a Saturday, and I needed to move my nephew away from the crowd. Michael helped us find bubble bars that my nephew is now super excited about, and it was really lovely shopping and human experience. Thank you.

I stopped by this store 2 weeks ago for Halloween themed gifts for my family's Halloween party. I bagged up about 7 bath bombs and decided I should probably buy the pre wrapped boxes instead. Jesse was so kind and helpful, he helped me put the bath bombs back on the shelves and showed me all the Halloween items available in stores. It's been almost 2 years since I have shopped in stores and Jesse has made my shopping experience fun and stress free.

Lovely settings for a soap shop, it is a pleasure to use them, do not expect magic though.

Lush is a wonderful place to get all kinds of great soap products. I do not take many baths myself; however, the bath bombs are excellent and exciting. My girlfriend has never used a bath bomb, so I got her this one. I am hoping she really enjoys it!
