Been shopping here for years. It smells amazing for one. And the staff is always so friendly and helpful. If you have a sensitive/dry scalp, the "soak and float" shampoo bar is the best!

I definitely love love love lush hair products. The staff is always very helpful and they take the time to listen to you and recommend a product based on your needs. The prices may be a bit high but they're worth it!

I visited the store this week and had my love for lush restored. It was really all thanks to the employees at the store, especially John. He saw to helping me get everything I needed for my friend's birthday gift.

My 12 year old daughter and I are “Lushies. ” My husband loves the solid shampoo and conditioner bars, as do I. In addition, Nick at the Fashion Valley store is beyond kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I told him how much I’m in love with the “Celestial” facial lotion and how I wished it came in a larger size…next thing I know he’s guiding me over to “Sympathy For The Skin, ” hand and body lotion. I’m doubly in love now?

I have loved Lush products and the Fashion Valley location for a long time and have always had a much better experience with the staff here than at other locations around the world. But during a recent visit, I received great guidance from staff member Nick, who helped me find some products for hyperpigmentation. I went with his suggestions of the Orange Scrub and Lime Bounty Butter, both of which have helped make an improvement in the first week of using them. Very pleased that the staff here is so knowledgeable and that they use the products for themselves. I will definitely be back.

I went in for their Rose face mask but they were sold out. The rose face mask is phenomenal so I understand. The associate was very helpful in helping me find an alternative face mask for my skins inflammation. She was correct and I use this face mask everyday. My son bought the space bath bomb and the Dragon's egg bath bomb and loves them both so much.

I LOVE this place.we get the bubble bars, which last many baths each. I also love their shampoo bar and soaps.everything smells amazing and all not animal tested.
