They are the bestttt! Staff is so sweet and they have a really fast service. My babies (puppies) come out looking so cute. Prices are reasonable and service/maintenance overall is great!

They always treat my puppies well, and they work around their nerves and help them feel comfortable.

The young lady who works there with pretty hair is very knowledgeable and helpful to explain about ingredients and the fragrances and oils in each unique bar.thanks Vanessa

It was our first time coming to lush Spaw, after looking for a place for our yorkie we were finally accepted with lush. Chewie has always been on the harder side to work with but we were very happy with the service we received and definitely worth it. Thank you Jasmine

Took my dog on august 26 to the Winchester location for an appointment with Ming at 1: 30pm it was the first time and as soon as we left he started walking funny, dragging himself on the floor on his back legs then we noticed inflammation around the area where he had been spayed several months ago. He's been sad and licking the area non stop, he's not eating and doesn't want to go outside. I called to talk to the personal manager and the other person on the phone didn't seemed sorry or apologetic, he just told me if he had a sensitive area we should have told them but he had surgery back in march and he was completely healed I don't understand how he got hurt if it was the blade or something else. Now I have to take him to the vet and of course we're not coming back to this salon. I just read another review of another customer complaining about the exact same situation! Please plz read all the reviews. I wished I had read the reviews more throughly, hope this review can prevent other customers from going thru this horrible experience. My dog only needed a haircut and now he's back on the cone.

We love Lush Spaw! We have been having our dog groomed here for over a year now, and we are very happy with the grooming every time. We go to Gicell each time, she does a wonderful job, and our dog Roxy loves her too!

They do a good job with my Schnauzer. She always comes home clean and cute. They are also nice and patient with her.

This is my first and last experience taking my pups to this grooming salon. It was already a tough decision for me to take them somewhere new after my trusted groomer stopped grooming due to health issues.

I’m not sure if it was Eric or Alyssa who did this (I brought both of my dogs in and am unsure who was assigned to my pup that was injured).

When I picked my girls up, staff said they did great and did not mention ANYTHING about the injury. It looks like her skin was snagged or pinched by clippers or perhaps another tool. I know injuries are a risk with grooming but the LEAST they could have done was told me about it - and they didn’t even do that. I had to find out from my girl excessively licking the area. My pup has been groomed several times in the past (by another groomer) and something like this has NEVER happened.

I am more than happy that I chose Lush Spaw. I brush and clean Layla, our goldendoodle, daily, but she needed a summer cut and Sandra did a great job! When we went to get Layla at the facility, she bounced out of the room, looking neat and happy! I am sure Sandra had showered a lot of love on her. I am more than satisfied with their excellent service! The neckerchief was such a nice touch.

Aviela is our new favorite groomer. We’ve tried a few different places in the area, but Aviela is hands down the best groomer we’ve had for our Husky!

Did a great job with my old arthritic boy. They were honest with me that they won't be able to accommodate how arthritic he is in the future and gave me recommendations.

Have been taking our dog here regularly and they’ve always done an amazing job. Excellent service and courteous staff.

This grooming facility is perfect for me. My dog always comes out perfectly groomed and in a great mood. In fact, he feels so good after a de-shed treatment that he blisses-out for the rest of the day. They do not keep your dog any longer than necessary, so less kennel-confinement time. Every groomer I've used at their Union Ave location has been great.

I couldn’t be happier with the quality service at Lush Spaw. Our kelpie mix is very shy and doesn’t like her paws/nails being touched. Rebecca and the crew made our Milu feel very comfortable. I came back to pick up a very happy and fully-groomed dog (something I can’t say about about some other groomers in the area).

The pricing is very reasonable, and booking appointments is incredibly easy and convenient. We will definitely be coming back!

I have been taking my 2 small dogs there for some time now and I am satisfied with their service and my babies are happy too.
