I have been doing business with Isaiah for 10 + years and has always exceeded my expectations. Isaiah you deserve all the gratitude you can get from every angle. Not only it was done in a timely manner but the rate and the bank that he works with are top notch. His profession goes along way and certainly makes me a happy customer. Since September 2021, I have seen a few broker services to help me find a car with a good deal. I was looking to get a Chevy Equinox, but every broker I visited told me that GM Financial would not sell me a car—I was labeled as a fraud risk. This meant I would never be able to get a Chevy vehicle in the future. Luckily, I came across LUSNAK who is an old friend of mine. He ended up working his magic and removed the fraud risk thus getting me approved. He is the best of the best and handled everything very quickly. I didn’t even have to leave my work/home. Our communications were efficient and straightforward, and it was only a few hours before he and his team had the info they needed to pull some strings, work some magic and get me the most amazing rate on a car that was initially out of my budget!

Working with Isaiah has been by far the best experience I ever had when buying a brand new car. From our very first conversation he was never pushing me for a decision. On our very first call he asked what I was in the market for, my top three vehicles, color, interior, and trim. I first called on Monday 8/17 and he already had his partners lined up with the vehicles, colors, trims etc of my choice to test drive by 8/20. He also provided me with all the information regarding the best financing and never make any suggestions (unless I asked), he simply showed me what options there were and asked me which one would I like to choose. I will again stress the fact that Isaiah ALWAYS asked what I would like to do rather than tell me what to do.through the whole process he was very consistent in providing me with the best customer service possible from answering questions no matter the time of day. (If he didn't have the answers he made sure he was going to provide me with the answers I needed.) to making sure my overall experience working with his partners was top notch.on the day we test drove he also called to check in and see my thoughts and asked if there was anything else I needed.

When we made our final decision he confirmed the trim, color, interior, and model/make we wanted and said he would take care of the rest (negotiation, financing options, dealing with sales/finance) all I had to do was sign.
