Used to be nice, clean, and reasonably priced. Staff used to walk around wiping surfaces clean, eyeing kids. Pre covid & right after opening after pandemic closure. Well not so much anymore!
Cleanliness is definitely not a priority as of June 2022.
Staff is awfully rude for no particular reason.
No longer have staff regulating kids.
Ice machine broken (so no ice for drinks).
Tables dirty and sticky.
Oh, forgot best part! They charge full price for increments of 2 hour play. Followed by a loud annoying voice on the intercom every 30 mins yelling what color wristband has now exhausted their 2 hours & needs to get the hell out. It's odd. Stupid. And a good way to lose once loyal customers.
Now if that isn't a businesses sticking it to the customer, I don't know what is!
Try Yucaipa's indoor playground, same business name. It can be a drive. However polar opposite and all day play, offering reentry! Trust me, we've been to tons of these, the more a parent goes to these, the more you really notice the bad business practices of ones like this one, saddly, as if our consumer money doesn't sustain its business. Get it together! Go back to how you ran this place when you first opened!

This place is okay. Very big very clean some of the staff is super friendly and some of them don't give a s***. They recently raised their prices again. It's close to $20 a child which is super ridiculous. 2 hours max. You can get a monthly membership for $30 but your committed to a one-year membership. If you have two or more kids that's a lot. For my two girls it's close to $800. That's a season pass for both kids and change left over to Disneyland.

We have the membership. My kids love to go and play and the pizza is really good in our opinion. Pretty well kept clean and I feel my kids are safe running around as the gate to go out the play area is locked and a worker has to open it and the check wrist bands to ensure the kids matches the adult before leaving.

After seeing so many of these places on Blippi, we found one close to home. Admission is more than fair considering you get 2 free adults with each child ticket. Extremely friendly staff, ultra clean facilities, the cleanest public restrooms Ive ever seen and yes a clean and fully functional changing station. Don't fret the 2 hour limit, my 2 year old has been here about an hour and he's gassed. Different age appropriate play areas everything is padded. We'll be regulars, Condron Brothers: I'd love to be an ambassador for your facility!

0 STARS! My sister in law purchased a party package. The room wasn’t decorated in time. We didn’t get the room on time that was agreed upon. In the middle of opening presents in the room we were kicked out very rudely. They didn’t add on time to the room for our private party for their mistakes and miscommunication issues. An employee came in and made us stop opening gifts after we were halfway through and we were told to get out. More employees began to grab all presents and set them outside the door. While this is happening we asked for some accommodations due to them not being prepared for our event and the employee began to speak aggressively, loudly and had no sympathy for the parent or child. They completely refused to accommodate or give a credit/refund. We spoke to the manager and she was just as unprofessional & rude as the employee we encountered in the room.
Very unprofessional and would definitely not recommend to any parent. My niece’s birthday was ruined because of this place. Will never be back again.

My kids love this place. They implemented a time limit because of c19 that is still in place now even though the pandemic has died down, and the price has went up also since the pandemic and has not went back to the original price. Even with those two negative things I still will be taking my kids there again. They have people keeping the sitting areas clean and the service is very good. The price is not crazy high though, it is just a little more than it used to be. Overall it is a great place for the kids and the adults while you wait. They also have a food court. I would recommend this place.

I have attended many indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks, and I would definitely rank this venue near the top of my list.
It is much larger than I had anticipated, with very friendly staff. They're seating layout is designed very well, and has choices of either stools or tables. They have restrooms, a very large play Structure, a separate toddler only zone, and an additional guarded area for babies to play with Legos/blocks.
Also, they have arcade games with prizes, which is a separate purchase.

But, the most notable Perk would be their food. Most places like this have very tasteless, unfilling, and poorly made food. But their Pizza was very delicious, my wife loved their chicken wrap, and my son told me their cheeseburger was the best he had ever ate.

So if you have not been to this place yet and don't know how this place works here it goes. When I arrived and walked in thought hmm small compared to pictures. So didn't let that bother me. Took my grand daughter to rest room people were not using the socks to put over your feet to use restroom. (upsetting to see that). So sitting at the bench/ seat watching kids play. Reminder this is my first time here. So I hear over the speaker, "Jones family party of 4 I need you too come to the desk and check out. I was not told at the desk when checking in that we had a certain amount of time. I do not expect to be there all day, but a little heads up would have been nice. I also didn't see anyone sanitizing anything there. I have a 18 yr old non verbal with down syndrome who can gets sick easily. I'm not here trying to be a Karen or whatever they call these people. I just want to take my daughter somewhere same and not worry about her getting sick. She loved this place. So you be your own judge for this place. This is my review and how I rate this place. I'm sure others have their own rating. Thanks

Love to take the kids here, but it’s always a gamble on the weekend. 1-2 hour wait times cause parties are taking place, and no notice is given to others. Allowing reservations ahead of time for smaller parties would be amazing, even for a fee.

Luv 2 Play in riverside area is the biggest indoors arena in the area, it is suitable for all ages, even grownups enjoy the time there, staff do a very good job in monitoring kids and in keeping the place extremely clean and hygienic specially in Covid times, there is a food court with varieties of pizza, chicken tenders, French fries and fountain drinks, the fees for 2 hours are 14.99 and they allow birthday parties and celebrations, if you don’t wear a socks you will probably need to buy one from there, luv 2 play offers membership as well. It is a very nice place to go with the family, kids love it

My almost 2 year old loves this place and it's fun for me too. Prices are good and the food is decent and it's also surrounded by a lot of different food places too so if your not wanting their food you got choices.

Always a good time for family and friends in there had a blast only thing I could complain about is the 2 hour limit but I'm getting old now so that was a safety net that I don't totally burn myself out lol have a good day folks

We've been here many times since 2021. This last time we went, alot of the play place is falling apart. The metal construction showing through the padded covers. Some parts ripped up. Multiple games were out of order. My daughter still had fun but im looking for a new play place for next time.

Used to be nice and fun. The coffee shop is gone and on busy days there's an hour wait like when the weather is bad and they try to push the membership for 65/month per kid to bypass the hour wait. Ridiculous. I won't be back.

ACK! YUCK! No shoes MANDATORY. Must wear socks and if you don't have socks you have to buy some from them. Masks too. Drinks spilled, kids barf and soda fountain area wet. I'll be taking my socks OFF before I put my shoes back on. Two adults free only, so our third adult that showed up refused to pay to come in and left. With that said, FOOD IS GOOD.

It’s so so sad that a place catering to children would require them to be placed in masks when masks are without a doubt detrimental to the emotional, physical, cognitive, and psychological well-being of the little ones.
