Mary has introduced my 96 yr old mother to an assisted shower. Not only has Mum lost all apprehension, but she looks forward to Mary’ s gentle, thorough and competent care. Mary has made a huge, yet understated difference to my mother’s comfort.

My family and I have been so pleased with Luxe in the care they have provided. Special kudos to John, Daryl, Arnelle, Carey, Brian and Mary. Luxe is a real treasure and has given us such peace of mind and such exceptional, caring, reliable assistance. They are a real gem in the home care world. Luxe Home Care in Pacific Palisades did a fantastic job with my home physical and occupational therapy. Lisa and Maya were great and really helped my recovery from a very traumatic leg and knee surgery. I highly recommend them.

Amazing Service & Experience! I had a last minute emergency trip I had to schedule for a senior who had a wheelchair. Within 20 minutes I booked a ride with Luxe Home Care and they followed instructions correctly and treated this senior with so much care and hospitality. They got to their appointment on time and the price was such a great deal for the quality of service! Thank you to our transportation driver, Daryl! We will definitely be using Luxe Homecare again!

Luxe provides a terrific way to be taken home from a medical appointment which requires someone drive you home. They watch over you and make sure you can manage recovery at home. Much better than inconveniencing your family members or friends.

I would like to make LUXE HOME CARE aware of what extraordinary nurses and therapists they have. Maya our therapist is diligent and very hardworking. She takes her job seriously and with confidence! She is always caring, kind, and gentle, with respect and humor daily. She is like family to me! The lady who answers the calls is very respectful and patient as well. Hi! Maya the Occupational Therapist and Lisa the Physical Therapist are two of the best professionals I have ever met. They are very friendly and helpful. They always give the details of what to expect and what will be patient’s schedule.
Always on time and give enough notice as to when they’ll be coming over. Very gentle and patient with the elderly patients.

Despite lack of efficient communication from Luxe coordinators, I truly enjoyed and benefited from “Maya” the occupational therapist. Thanks to her amazing skills and caring attitude, my hand and arm- operated three months ago- have recovered perfectly well. My hand surgeon was extremely satisfied by the results up to the point he would not consider an out-patient therapy necessary.
I highly recommend Maya.

I often use Luxe Medical Transport from the Hospital and they are not only reasonably priced, but they are the most courteous and reliable drivers. I would not think of using anybody else. Amongst the drivers, Arnel is the best!
