No change available. No machine to take cash to load a card. How fo these places stay in business? Avoid! I'd like to edit my review. The owner responded below so now I will respond. I WENT THERE TO DO LAUNDRY. YOUR LOYALTY CARD MACHINE SAYS IT ACCEPTS CASH AND CARD. I TRIED TO PUT CASH IN AS DID OTHERS THAT WERE THERE. It wouldn't take any. There was no employee there for assistance. Before you get snarky with a customer know what you are talking about. I'd like to lower you to negative stars with your idiotic customer service response accusing me of needing quarters to take home. Get with it and treat customers with respect and take the machine out that says accepts cash. Then come at me with your snarkiness.

Parking is almost impossible but if you can find a spot, it's easy and not ussually packed.

Superiors place in comparison to everything else I have experienced so far. Never too busy. Weekdays and weekends is always just quite moderately busy. Many dryers and washers are always available even if it gets busier. Good detergents available in the machine using your balance and loyalty points. I have never seen a laundry place that is managed so well. Clean and working well. Customer service available via chat over text messaging. Always open from early to late. Every single piece of equipment is working very well and I can depend on the quality of wash and dry. Very well prices with great loyalty bonuses.

This place is kind of gross. When I left with my laundry there was animal hair everywhere… I don’t know how hard it is to keep the machines clean…

First time here no where to park but street parking so have to figure out what time you can come so can park.
It's expensive here 5.25 to wash and 1.75 to dry for 30 min yes it's clean no crazy or homeless ppl but expensive also they don't take quarters what laundry mat doesn't take quarters I had to use cash to buy a card thingy which I don't like I rather just use quarters and pay for what I need ya know but it's clean in there that's a big plus only saw 3 machines not working although there's not a bunch of machines it's a smaller laundry mat

Suitable laundry facilities. Multiple units, card, cash or own swipe machine available. Facility to buy washing items, but not much in the way of seating if you're going to wait for your items. Check out the local cafes adjacent when waiting on your items.

This place used to be SO bad I would drive 3 miles away to do laundry.

Now that it's been gutted and redone (new owners I think) it's great.the space and the machines are always clean and I think that it's nice that someone takes the time to put up decorations for holidays. It makes you feel like someone is IN the space caring for it and the customers, which in my opinion, deters from people who will try shady things.

One time recently, a machine ate my money ($4.50) and I emailed the info email and they got back to me that day and refunded me $10. I really appreciated not having to follow up with them.

After my horrible experience with bugs at the Ramada West Hollywood, I came here to wash all my cloths. Very clean buisness. Lots of washers and dryers. Off topic lots of really hot guys, just saying

It wasn't that easy for me to wash clothes on my own. I strongly recommend the laundry service here. I am excited to get a washer and dryer again, I will really miss picking up neatly folded clothes. The staff here is especially nice. I really highly recommend this place.

Weho Wash Express makes doing laundry a pleasant experience. Clean, modern decor, good-quality, clean machines. And I love that it is cozy and quiet. One of my favorite laundromats. Have never seen it too crowded - probably because you have to finagle street parking - but this makes it worth it to me to have more washer/dryer availability. Great neighborhood small business, and there is a mart right on the corner (Fountain Liquor & Market) if you need supplies or a drink, and even a cute, stylish little coffee house (Cafe If) on the same block.

Facility is super clean and its nice can use card to pay. Weho Express is next to a coffee shop, can pass the time.

Staff is hit or miss, asked attendant regarding error with machine, he was dismissive. Another time an attendant helped me take my clothes to my car. The second time I went to WeHo my card was overcharged, minor since it wasnt much.

However my last visit was having car issues and accidentally left my clothes overnight. Sadly someone took it. Contacted WeHo express the following day and management via email, they did not seem concerned.

Overall nice facility, customer service is lacking.

I'm not one to usually leave a review for a laudromat but in this case I made an exception. We had been travelling around the US for a month and this was far and away the best laundry I have seen. Modern machines and card payment facilities (amazing). Didn't feel like a horrible waste if time like most holiday laundry trips.

Impossible to connect to the Wi-Fi, the floors are dirty and there is a broken machine beeping incessantly. No attendant on site. I tried this place out because of the card machines, will NOT be returning.

Clean and tidy. Nice lady behind counter. From Australia and traveling and best laundromat I've used. Even cafe next door so a bonus.

Nice and clean. Card only is a great idea. No ventilation so super stuffy. If you add hot water or chance was setting from normal to heavy the load price goes up. There are 3 sizes of washers. No wifi password available when attendant isn't there.

This has to be the nicest laundromat I’ve ever been to. The machines are new and the prices were in line with what other laundromats normally cost in the LA area. They don’t use coin operated machines so if you don’t have cash or cards you’ll need to go next door to the liquor store.

It’s very clean and well decorated and the machines are brand new and very fast. They accept both credit cards and the laundromat machine issues “loyalty card” which allows you to earn “rewards”.

The prices were in line what I’ve come to expect from other laundromats which I found to be surprising, given how nice everything here was.

They have a wash and fold service and a vending machine filled with laundry products in case you forget something.

Used to be the nicest cleanest place until they axed the attendant, now its scungy and dirty, stuff all over the place, dirty floors, dirty machines and doesn't feel as safe. Terrible loss.
