15 Very overpriced. I paid an extra $10 for deep tissue. I was given a soft Swedish massage. I asked twice for more pressure. Which she accommodated for a minute and then switched back. You have to pay in advance. They charge 8.75% to use a card to pay or they have an atm machine that charges $2.
The massage therapist left the room during my massage. She said the receptionist didn't come in. Very disappointing. I would not recommend going here. There are many massage places in riverside that cost less and give a much better massage.
My fiancé and I got a couples massage here. The atmosphere was really relaxing and we enjoyed the massages. Prior to the massage we got to fill out a paper to pinpoint our problem areas so they can focus on them during the massage. Would definitely return

The staff is extremely pleasant & friendly, informative and very professional.
The manager Kiki is amazing and has great customer service her attentiveness began my process of relaxation. She helped me pick out the services that best fit my needs. My masseuse, who I unfortunately didnt get her name: (, was extremely professional, very attentive to my needs and very courteous, ensuring I was comfortable & enjoying the experience.
I chose a relaxing massage with an added body scrub, hot stones and aromatherapy.
The combination was perfect. Just what I needed after a 16 hour shift.
My masseuse was friendly and courteous to my privacy as it is an intimate experience, she did great with the massage applying just the right amount of pressure and gentleness, making it extremely enjoyable and not painful at all (I'm tender & bruise very easy)
Her techniques are commendable, she has really great hands, not rough at all.
The body scrub was such an amazing experience it feels so refreshing as it gently exfoliates and leaves your skin feeling amazing.
The masseuse's application was perfect, ensuring to cover all surfaces.
The time of massage was distributed perfectly, my body, feet and skin felt fabulous after my massage.
I was so sad it was over. But I cant wait to return!
Once I was done I felt relaxed, calm and joyous.

The owner is absolutely the worst part of this place. The receptionist (that isn't the owner) is so sweet, the masseuse was PHENOMINAL. I liked the environment and quiet music for the background noise while you get massaged. Wendy, you did an amazing job!
But to the owner; you're extremely rude for absolutely no reason. Booking with you was the most frustrating part of the whole process. My interaction with you was genuinely the only negative I had for my experience there. I hope you don't treat your workers like this because they are all extremely kind and don't deserve your misdirected anger. Neither do your prospective customers. This affected my tip and future business. Will not be returning just because of the owner. Fix your sour attitude. Also a friend of mine had the same experience but with GROUPON and basically got yelled at and blacklisted because the hours they accept groupon are not favorable for any working person. By the time he called back, they said they won't accept him as a customer because he voiced that he already bought the Groupon but their times didn't allow it?
If you accept groupon, don't make it impossible to claim, and definitely don't blacklist someone because your groupon window is 3 hours of a 24 hour period. Make this clear and dont treat people like this because YOUR information is not listed

I went in for a couples massage using a Groupon coupon on September 11,2023.
The GOOD news first. The facility is nice, clean, and inviting. The massage was also nicely done. The receptionist was sweet and inviting.
The BAD news. I will NEVER go here again. The reason is the OWNER herself. The OWNER has very limited hours for Groupon couple massage coupons. I suspect the same for Groupon coupon in general. She had maybe a 2 hour window on weekends where she MIGHT be able to work us in. Weekdays was basically 12-3 pm availability, which means the average person would have to take off work to meet her availability times. Nothing in the late afternoon or evening at all. When I asked her a question to the availability, she got very rude and ultimately blackballed me from using her services. She even kept my phone number to make sure I was blackballed for appointments. We were ultimately able to get our massage after speaking with the other receptionist and using a different phone number and name. That receptionist was wonderful as stated above. She knew how to give customer service. As for the OWNER, learn some tact and work with guest on making availability helpful for all guest, even if they have coupons. You offer these Groupon coupons, then you should treat them like regular guest, not 2nd hand trash. You should use the coupons to build business and word of mouth, not disrespect clients. Sadly, we tipped the masseuse less due to how she treated me and her complete lack of customer service. She was a total failure on guest service, not just once, but twice. You lost my business and I will not recommend this place to my local friends all because of the owner. She is LITERALLY losing business/tips for her team, sadly because of her RUDE, DEGRADING ATTITUDE. She is the WORST! This experience was one of the worst customer service I have had in my life. I highly recommend NOT using Luxury Health Spa. I hope the OWNER doesn't treat her employees like how she treats her guest. The OWNER is LIAR and does not except any responsibility for her action and rudeness.

Couples message was a great experience! The care, attention to detail, and ambiance were exceptional. I recommend this to anyone who would like to take a break and take some time forelegs themselves.
The massage was great but the practices of this business are not client friendly. I had a gift purchased by my family for a massage: however I was told that since I ve been there before I have to pay extra. I couldn't even get a refund. So I paid the difference between the gift price and the massage price.
First time I went, the ladies were very welcoming, massage was great! I will be going again for the second time and will be recommending to my family!

The ladies are very sweet and welcoming and the atmosphere is great. Unfortunately, my Swedish massage was not great. Not enough pressure even though asked and confirmed by the masseuse. I left the place with knots and feeling the same when I got there. Overprice for something that was not good and for $100.
Still the best massage around. Was gone for awhile, but as soon as I got back in town and IM BACK. Have to try it to believe it. You won't regret it!
They stole all of my cash $250 out of my purse during my massage and conveniently none of the security cameras were working during the time that it happened. I was forced to not only pay but still pay full price when it obvious that one of their employees did it. I had to force them to question the masseuses that were in our room because they were “busy” and they still tried to blame it on me. Filed a police report and will not be returning ever again. BEWARE!

Awesome wanderful experience it was my first time I started with the 30 minute massage to match the price since I have never been there happy with the outcome I had Tina I will definitely do an hour next time I had a regular full body massage in the end I gave Tina her tip $20 in cash in advance to keep on me and the lady at the front desk informed of everything first of no surprises and cause I made sure to bring cash an call in advance of direct communication and they were very informative with me and I called to ask if it was okay to still verify and confirm my walk In appointment to be considerate of their time and they are very high in demand:) also they have skin care and body care products I purchase body oil since I love to use after my shower on a regular basis.
