10I have been going to Julie for about 10years. She is the best nail person I have ever been to. She does an excellent job, she is quick, and very meticulous. And always pleasant to her customers. I highly I recommend her.
I don’t usually leave reviews but I have to say that Julie is an exceptional manicurist. She is fast and my nails stay on for a long time. Never had anyone do this great of a job. The salon is clean, very welcoming and has great massage chairs. Don’t hesitate to get your nails done here. Excellent and great customer service. If she is running late (almost never) she calls and tells me it may be an extra 10 minutes. Great communication. If I could give this salon 10 stars I would!
My nails are fabulous! My nails are awesome. I do whatever it takes to see Julie for my nails and toes. She is a specialist in her field and has many many many clients that love her and been here for 17 years and has 27 years experience!

My favorite salon is Luxury Nails, Brows and Lips in the Tice Valley Plaza in Walnut Creek. Julie is a force to be reckoned with, she’s a one woman operation handling many clients with many needs.
Her repeat business is phenomenal, people return because she does such a great job. She specializes in gel dip and shellac for nails, and Microblading and permanent makeup and eyelash extensions. Give her a try!
TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE! I made an appointment over the phone at noo
for a 5: 15 appointment. When I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes. The owner made me sit in a pedicure chair that was creaking and didn't work while i waited. Still no service. I received no notice from anyone in the shop that I would have to wait so long. The owner didn't even apologize. I ended up walking out. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE OF GOING HERE BECAUSE YOUR TIME AND PATRONAGE IS NOT WELCOME!
Julie is the best nail tech! I’ve been going to her for a couple years and she has turned my short, thin nails into long healthy nails. I get the nail dip with gel regularly every three weeks. Worth every dollar!

Found Julie through my wife and her friends! Had the best pedicure ever plus she repaired my damaged thumb nail and it has never looked better. Definitely 5 stars!
I see Julie regularly to do my lash extensions. She is very meticulous and the lashes stay on longer than all the other places I've gone to. She also did my eyebrows which I am very pleased with.
