Your experience depends entirely on when you show up, I read the reviews and quite bothered but, luckily knowone else was there when I came. Your gonna have to take over traffic to back in because the 4 wheelers wont stop unless you do. If your first try to back up to the dock closest to the building so they can take two trucks at a time. They use pallet jacks to unload so 2-3 hours usually. Unless your from the area and know where trucks might be able to slide by for parking your gonna have to head and hour back to the Ontario area for parking

As all the other reviews. This place is not good deliver to. They take way too long. Small place gotta fight traffic to just back into the dock.

Had to wait on the road for several hours and then they let 10 trucks ahead of you when they show up after you. When you go inside the lady always has her office to her face. Then after 1 hour of standing there then she looks at your paperwork and walks away again.

Extremely urge anyone considering getting into this trucking business DO NOT, there is no other business that is more abused than ours. Currently sitting here waiting to be unloaded since 4 a.m. And broker responds he will submit detention to his customer.you know what that means you're not getting paid! Only two docks, and it's now 9 hours later, still waitin. Also no parking at this place or police will give you ticket. Avoid this place at all cost.

They not going to unload you even not on ur appointment bcoz of small place /storage.u will be stuck here for 2 days its better to stay away from them.refuse to take this load and dont come here

To all my truck drivers do not accept any loads for these people they using you as storage you will be here for days they have no space to put their products you will waste your whole week and make no money read all the other reviews all the truckers say the same thing now you want to have a bad week you can accept the load that’s on you just trying to help my truckers.

Give this place a medal. In 26 years of driving this is hands down the worst. They asked if I could get here early for a 10: 00 am Saturday appointment. I got here at 6: 30 am. Saturday It’s now Sunday at 1: 00 pm and I’m still not unloaded. If drivers would quit delivery here for a couple of weeks maybe they’d show a little more professionalism. Stay away if you can. I seldom write reviews but this needs to be known for fellow drivers

Drivers stay away from this place they don't honor appointment time and have no respect for drivers no restroom and if you call them all they say is we have no room for the product so it needs to stay in your trailer and then they tell you we close at 10PM so we have till then to unload you or we will get to you tomorrow you have to park in center lane of street unless you can find a parking area on curb and street sign says no truck parking so if you do come here bring plenty of food to camp out all day and some for the next day good luck drivers

Worst place to deliver, took 49 hours for delivery, checked in on Saturday morning (scheduled appointment) and driver empty on Monday afternoon. They use your trailer for storage as they don’t have enough space and broker pays Just Layover for that.

I will never come to this place again and all my truck drivers please don’t accept no loads for this place they will ruin your whole week you not going to make no money they have no space they using you as a storage and if there’s anybody say they load them fast its fake and it’s one of them that leave their own review to make them look better but please beware of this place and the brokers know what their customers doing they will not answer your phone call when you waiting for days if you want to be upset and makes no money then take a load for this place I’m telling you guys it IS NOT WORTH IT if there was zero stars I would definitely leave a zero star and I really Wish I had read the reviews before I accept this load.

This place don’t deserve any star rating, if there is another word than ‘worst’ they totally deserve it
1) No parking/street parking
2) Nobody to talk
3) If u find someone they take your phone number and told you they will call you (sounds great ha)
4) Nobody will call you, you have to keep going back to ask what’s going on when will you get the dock
5) If u Checkin at 5 am or 6 am you might be lucky to get door but they won’t unload u until 3 pm still there is no guarantee for that.
6) most of the times they told you they don’t have any space inside warehouse to unload u even ur on your appointment time that is between 6am to 12pm then they will tell u to wait and after couple of hours they will tell you to come on Monday if u arrived on Saturday.
7) If your dispatch/Broker tell you that they were not aware of this situation, they r telling you 100% lie and they will tell you they are working on it, don’t waste your time.

I’ve been waiting here for 3 days to get unloaded they close the gate on me so I don’t keep bothering them about unloading me I’m so mad to the point where I really want to take all the stuff out of the trailer myself and leave them outside and go about my business DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY LOADS FOR L&Y FOODS INC

There is no zero star.we wait for14 hours and nobody call us for unloading but we offer $500 to guys and there were 5 truck before us but they start unloading us after we pay $500
