I'm putting this review based on my experience with Lynn, who was the seller's agent for a property i was interested in. While i did not win the bid for the property, i was impressed with how Lynn handled the property and the process. In my 2+ months of searching for a home, rarely have I seen an agent who was so passionate to represent a property (including all the good, bad and ugly of the property) as she did. She has a positive attitude, comes across as honest, and open to discuss ideas on what could or needs to be changed in the property. Her attention to details is exemplary. If you have Lynn as your agent, i think you will be in good hands.

Lynn did an excellent job for me both selling my existing home and helping buy my new home. She was on top of every detail and made my life incredibly easy during a complicated and challenging time in my life. I knew everything was getting taken care of and both sales closed very smoothly. I am a General Contractor who has worked with Lynn for many years. I have prepared many homes to get ready for sale with her. Lynn is always looking for ways to increase the market value of her clients' homes without spending more money than necessary. Lynn's attention to detail and planning have insured that her homes get to market as soon as possible. I have and will continue to recommend Lynn as an agent to help buy or sell homes.

We had occasion to sell the family home that we moved into in 1956. As you might expect there were many factors involved in making decisions on a project that you will only do once in a lifetime and we wanted to get it right. On a Friday in mid March we met with four prominent local realtors and that evening selected Lynn North of Alain Pinel. Lynn was enthusiastic and professional in her assessment of what needed to be done and was direct and responsive to our questions about how it could be accomplished. Early the following week she put together a comprehensive plan to do the necessary things to the property and a timeline to complete the work. She advised that the work should be completed by the end of March when the house would go on the market. This frankly seemed a bit ambitious to us but were reassured that it was the right way to go.

Lynn fully informed us on the process of working with the title company, legal issues, required inspections and real estate law to the extent we needed to be aware and as each step came along she provided the paperwork related thereto.

Next we met with paint, floor repair and installation, landscape, plumbing, electrical, hauling, and inspection contractors and personnel. Lynn was hands on and worked directly with all of the personnel working to put the house in the best possible condition to maximize the sale price. Finally the staging was completed and the promotion techniques on the internet, DVD of the property, and local mail were in place. The realtor tour was right on schedule in early April and the week-end Open House followed, personally conducted by Lynn.generated significant interest. The offers exceeded our expectations and the following Wednesday we reviewed all of the offers and agreed with Lynn's recommendation on the buyer. The sale closed on April 25,2014.

We love Lynn North! After 2 years of searching we found the ideal new home out-of-area, but we had to move very quickly to make an offer and to sell our existing home. Simultaneously buying, selling and moving would have been too overwhelming had it not been for Lynn North’s incredible capabilities. Lynn handled our sale, provided a detailed schedule up front, synchronized our sale with the new home purchase, pulled strings to get us a mover on short notice, provided sound advice all along the way and then pulled off what we consider to be a “miracle. ” She mobilized an incredible team of professionals to prepare our house for sale and it was staged, put on the market, and sold according to her original schedule.
