3 We recently had a wonderful shower remodel completed by Lyvayko Building Systems. We wanted a groutless shower, using slabs for the walls and the shower base. Michael suggested Dekton or Daltile for our slab choices. Due to a long manufacturer wait time for the Dekton slabs that we chose, we decided to go with Daltile porcelain slabs.
Working with porcelain slabs can be challenging and time consuming; however, Michael and his crew overcame difficulties with cutting and installing the full-length slabs for the walls and floor of our shower. They also installed a beautiful custom teak bench, moved the drain to the back wall of the shower and much more. Nothing was too difficult for them.
Michael and his crew are hardworking, committed, pleasant, dependable, clean, honest, and experienced. We are thrilled with the workmanship, design and comfort of our new shower. Thank you Michael and the good people that work with you!
Michael and team recently did a wonderful job on our potentially difficult project when we asked if they could remove our existing granite island countertop and adjust the sink opening to accept a new sink. It was a big piece of granite that was originally installed by the builder a few years earlier using adhesive.
Michael warned us up front that there was a chance that the granite could crack when they tried to pry it loose from the adhesive; fortunately, they were able to slowly and skillfully work with the slab and safely remove it. Once removed, they took the slab back to their shop to make the necessary adjustments to the opening. They returned a few days later with the adjusted slab and installed the new sink as well as a new faucet, soap dispenser and garbage disposer.
Everything looks great and we could tell that they put extra care into everything they did. It is clear that they know what they are doing, are great with customer communication, are very responsible and pleasant to work with.
My wife and I highly recommend Lyvayko.
Michael and his team of highly skilled tradesmen did an amazing job on two of our bathrooms. The process was smooth and everyone was very respectful of my home. I will definitely use Lyvayko again for any future house projects.
