M/SMOKE SHOP, Riverside CA

Cigars are dry and super hard bought two fattier java and a tin of Maduro fatties were 13 and the tin was 35. Way over priced. Got home open my tin super dry hard. Lady behind the counter was very nice and she new her stuff. But the owner can not be selling old products I spent 60 there and I just threw everything away. Everything was horrible. Do not by from this place.

I usually go here because I have a oil burner at all. And I love going up here to get vanilla oil coconut oil papaya oil. And I've been going there for about 2 and 1/2 years. They are very friendly but they still don't call me by name. Like some of the other places I go to.

Courtney is extremely helpful and polite. Good customer service goes a long way. She deserves a raise.

Bet place to buy cigarettes in town! Vapes products are legit and the pricing is right in my budget! Love the area and the environment they have. Everyone who works there is super nice!

Four stars for having cool staff and even the owner is really cool and helps out. A smoke shop is a smoke shop. This one just has great staff.

I think the people are nice it's pretty much the only place my mom goes to get cigarettes and I just moved here so I don't know about pricing but I do know it's by my bank which is nice. I get juul pods.

Great selection and great prices on salt nic vape juice and the guy working was friendly and knowledgeable.

I just discovered this smoke shop and I'm glad I did because the prices on tobacco or lower there are more accessories the help behind the counter is friendly and conversational and empty the entire trip was a wonderful

Highest prices of all the tobacco shops. Owner is rude and all the stuff he sells is way over priced. One day he accepts coupons, the next he don't. Won't even let you slide for 3 cents! From now on I go to the 7/11 down the street about 1/2 a block.

Good for cigarettes and not much else.

The floor layout is haphazard for anything else and if you are new to the place.

Asked about zippo butane fuel, which is a product produced and distributed to stores by Zippo company and the guy told me it doesn't exist and he has worked there for twenty-one years. I asked about types of pipe tobacco he sold there and he had trouble finding the several locations around the store they were hidden. That all indicates that his knowledge of his stock and the whole industry extends only as far as his cigarette counter.

I bought a different brand of butane and at the end of my transaction he said, "look around first next time. " Saying that to someone unfamiliar with a store that has piss poor layout and confused store owners is a brazen example of ignoring the bottom line: repeat business.

But, if you want a pack of Marlboros and nothing else, despite what the sign out front claims (obviously there aren't "fine cigars" kept the way they should be so they don't dry out or get beetles.), then the shop is for you. They cannot cater to anyone else.

Absolutely my fave smoke shop in Riverside! They always have what I need and they are reasonable and the girl that's there is super nice (I think her name is Dennis) super cool very knowledgeable about EVERYTHING in that store!

This place is the best place here in Riverside never seen any type of glass work like and like here in this shop best spot to buy any type of equipment for dabs

My regular stop for cigarette rolling supplies. The owner and the lady in general have always provided me great service.

Horrible service! Came in today to buy a scale and dab set up and first off the fat chic was 10 minutes late and two other people left before they even opened then as I'm asking to look at different things she gives me attitude and says she doesn't have time to show me everything cause she gets stuff to do! LMAO say what yah Your job! Then proceeded to give me a attitude bottom line horrible service, un organized messy and rude employees

I use to think this place was okay until this young guy was there today. I came in to buy a charger for my battery which should be easy no problem. I walk in ask to see then he immediately grabs the most expensive absurd one which was completely unnecessary for what i needed. I asked him if they had any cheaper ones and he said no. I saw one that obviously fit my battery that was 6 dollars and asked to see it. He showed it to me and I asked if he could plug it in so i knew it would work. One of the times I bought a battery from this place it didnt even work and they wouldnt refund my money so i wanted to make sure it worked. He told me there were no outlets in the store to use lol which I know is a lie because last time I came the older guy plugged me in a battery to make sure it worked. Because he already knew about the one I purchased before. Garbage customer service lol pretty much i told him if I can't try it out to see if it works i don't want it and he wouldn't help so i walked out and went less than a mile to the smoke shop next to the Ralph's. Where the guy was friendly showed me the same exact charger for cheaper and plugged it in to show it worked instead of trying to force the more expensive one on me. Didnt get the dudes name but he ruined that store for me unfortunately and I will not be going back even though ive already spent like 200 dollars there smh
