I have been loving my Malibu VTX 20`2019 so much. I bought it about 6 months ago at M20 Marine. I enjoyed that boat all summers with my friends for surfing, wake boarding, wake surfing. Aaron and the team have been super helpful with my wake boarding boat purchase!

These guys are amazing! We're a Mercury & Volvo Dealer. One of our clients is having a problem with his Axis. We called them for help on the Axis because we're not experts on that type of boat. Brett & TJ were unbelievably helpful, Very knowledgeable, and unusually kind people. I love these guys!

Great experience with the staff! Brett, TJ and Jessica were all very helpful, excellent customer service! Danny (mechanic) is the man; amazing at trouble-shooting, takes the time to explain things and very professional in his approach! They get things done quickly and at a fair price (It's a boat, right? !). I tried the "less expensive" route and ended up regretting it (and wasting dollars!). This is the place to go. Call ahead because they are booked/busy.but definitely worth the wait!

Friendly, professional and reasonable. It is easy to find marine businesses that are shabby and cheap and with them you will get what you pay for, which is a headache and more cost in the long term. With M2O you will get competent service, the correct parts, in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. You cannot ask for more than that!

Had the service department inspect a boat I was buying from a private party in San Diego, they did a very comprehensive job. Unfortunately when the boat showed up to me a docking light wasn't working. I spoke with Brett there and he assisted me in getting a new one at no charge to me. We didn't know if the light got missed or just quit working and was bad timing but Brett helped resolve it. Thanks to the team down there I will be enjoying my new boat soon!

This is a great outfit! The friendly and professional staff know what is what. Our company is a Mercury dealer but we occasionally find ourselves with a Yamaha to deal with and M2O has been super helpful to us with parts, documentation and advice. Thanks, guys!

Customer service at M20 Marine Outfitters was outstanding. Aaron, our sales rep, was extremely helpful, honest, and took the time to explain all the features of the boat. Even though this was our first watercraft purchase we didn't feel pressured or scammed.highly recommend this place.

Well they seem like decent guys, although a bit unorganized. They could use some help in parts/service.

Those guys are awesome. I bring my boat from Havasu to have these guys work on it. They have never done me dirty.

Horrible. Didn't stick to schedule, didn't do all the things they were supposed to. There are much better shops in SD than these guys.

I bought a Correct Craft Air Nautique from a customer who originally purchased it from M2O Marine. M2O marine owed me nothing. I called upon them for numerous service advice and more. M2O also inspected the Air Nautique for me prior to purchase. Having bought the boat, I then moved it to my home in Chicago. I'm reasonably mechanical, but there's always those questions. After receiving the boat, I made about 7 or 8 calls about plugs, getting boat ready this spring, needing specific motor parts. Each time I called Brett was extremely helpful in detail. In his absence, Danny would guide me through my process at the time. This is my fourth Correct Craft boat and I will always own Correct Craft boats. M2O Marine gets 5 plus stars from me. I never met then, but have plans to be in San Diego later in 2018 and will shake Brett's and Danny's hands. Thank you so much! J Michael Green

I had some white gelcoat damage on my 2016 Wellcraft 232, last month & M2O worked with Progressive Ins.
White Gelcoat repair was Excellent,
you could not tell where the old damaged area was before.
Perfect restoration to like new condition.

I have been a customer for over 10 years with M20 Marine. They have consistently provided excellent repairs and service for my Sanger boat. They recently repaired some of "my" neglected and overlooked items from lack of use and I was really impressed. The boat hasn't run this well in years! Like new again! The Service Manager Brett will never recommend unnecessary work and is honest and keeps you advised well of service schedules. Danny and TJ are awesome mechanics that get to know your boat well and take the time to show you all their quality work. The staff has all been working there for a long time, and little turnover. That says a lot to me. This is the place in San Diego to have your boat repaired.

So I wasn't a customer on my visit but they gained a customer for sure! I went in with my buddy to pay a bill on the work he had done on his boat! Not only had they fixed the boat in an emergency but also let us use a surf board to do some river surfing for free to see if we wanted to actually purchase one! Customer Service and sowing good seeds at it's finest!

It's a nice looking place with a lot of inventory of new and used boats and it's a growing business.

Entire staff is always very helpful & make you feel welcome when you visit. TJ is awesome and a pleasure to work with every time i order Yamaha parts. I recomment M20 to anyone without hesitation based on the great service i receive on each & every visit.
