Had brought in my car for warranty - as it started to crack and chip on the quarter panels - after inspecting, it was determined that it was going to be warrantied out.

Teemo the manager was extremally helpful then the last 2 managers i had worked with. His customer service was A+ and would 100% recommend this location.

Once he took over this location, everyone is very helpful and honest. The work that was done to my car was exactly what i expected.

Teemo also went above and told me how to take care of a single stage paint, when the last manager did not, nor help in anyway.

Brought in a retired construction fleet vehicle that I bought for myself to Maaco to clean it up and put a new coat of paint on it. Couldn't be happier with the results. I know I can be a little difficult at times when it comes to something as personal as my vehicle and i gotta say that the customer service was very patient with me.it was just excellent. Thank you Cindy, Temo and the rest of the Maaco team. My 2001 beat up old pickup truck looks better than I could have imagined.

I’ve been using this location for many years. Currently, Cindy and Temo are there daily for estimations and pick ups. They are absolutely amazing to work with… Always friendly and always great pricing. Five stars all the way!

This bubble in paint was covered by my warranty. They went over and above my expectations. I received my car, cleaned and I could not see where the bubble had been.
I highly recommend this Maaco in Orange.

Maaco did an amazing job painting the door of my Hyundai which had a large scrape. They are friendly and provide very conscientious service at a fair price.
Update: Dec. 6,2022: Three years later all the paint has worn off and the scratches are back. I should've asked for a warranty.

Edwin & his crew painted my 2000 Dodge van. WOW! What an excellent job they did! Looks BRAND NEW! Done in the time agreed on. Edwin took a couple of CURIOSITY phone calls from me, VERY COURTEOUS & VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WILL recommend his shop to anyone that comments on my NEW/OLD VAN. Bought a used car that the previous owner had put some spray primer on. Took it here to have it painted and THEY DIDN'T SAND OFF THE OLD PRIMER AND DO IT THEMSELVES. Now the paint is chipping off in droves because these people are lazy.

My dughter made a large dent in the back of her car and they made it go away. The body and paintwork was fantastic qualtiy, just a few days time and a great price. While I hope to not need to use them again, I will if needed.

The young man had a 'why are you bothering me with this - this is your problem' TWO YEAR WARRANTY and is has been TWO YEARS AND SIX WEEKS!
I always thought MAACO was a reputable business. I AM WRONG. We payed $864.00 to get our vehicle repainted. The roof is faded and starting to peel. I was told that we had a 2 yr warranty and there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO. We got the car painted 2 years, 1 month and 1 week ago! They did a BAD JOB and do NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK
MAACO HAS NO HONOR!
Not sure if it is MAACO that stinks or just the place at 788 N Batavia St, Orange.

We had a large truck where the clearcoat was coming off the hood. It required a complete new paint job. The folks at Maaco repaired the surface and painted the project to a perfect match.

Just want to give a big shout out to Vanessa and Cindy over there at Maaco can't forget about Victor all you guys went above and beyond my expectations definitely be coming back with more vehicles thanks for the beautiful job you did on my truck I feel like I made some friends big five star review thank you and I'll see you guys soon

I had a great experience at Macao. The staff was very attentive to my needs and very professional.

I am restoring a modern classic and brought my car in to have body work and paint 3 weeks ago. Victor the sales manager there was more than cordial and went out of his way to make sure I was fully satisfied. The car turned out to be super nice and much better than expected. I did remove many of the trims and lights myself so to get a nice clean paint job. I am so please with the service and work that I brought in a second classic car this week. As expected, Victor took good care of me. Always get the top tier paint job if you want the best quality. You can’t get a better paint job for the money anywhere.

Wish I could give 0 stars. First off the paint job had streaks that don’t come of. They had left primer on my lights, windshield areas, and on molding. They even didn’t put my molding back on correctly, which flew off on the drive after. The manager said they would repair and get me new molding but never followed through, I even gave them 2 whole months to correct this problem. This place is a scam. Will be reporting to the BBB.
Bottom line, go somewhere else.

Had a little bondo work needed on my tailgate, so I headed back to this Maaco since I had a great experience with my van that I previously brought here.
I came in Wednesday morning, they quoted me a great price for the work (under $500), so I jumped on it.
They pulled off my tailgate, completed the body work, had it painted (clear coat/base coat- Not just single stage) and I just got it back 2 days later.
Looks great, price was on point and I will be back in 2 weeks for them to do another of my vans.
