Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting, North Highlands CA

I generally give reviews to companies that I think are worthy, and Maaco on Watt Avenue in North Highlands is definitely exceptional. Not only is the staff accommodating, and the owner/manager personable, but exceptionally pleasant!

However, the most cohesive member and star of the company is Candace Everitt.
She is delightful, very amiable, professional, but goes above and beyond assistance and accommodation.
Literally treats customers as good friends.
Thank you Maaco team for a job well done, restoring my old paint to dignity in a professional manner.

Does not honor the 4 year warranty if you have a car that was painted longer than a week ago. I came in to get some details fixed where paint was coming off from the front and side of the bumper and on the edge of the hood and the old man just looked at me like I was crazy and tried to say I was in a collision. My car was salvaged in 2017 and I came in to get the car painted in 2020. I suggest you take your vehicles elsewhere.

I've had 4 cars done at this MACCO Store. They got a little better each job they did.
They really got excellent workers when "Joe" took over this store.
Joe's right Hand Woman who works the counter and does estimates REALLY KNOWS HER STUFF.
ON one car I gave her my budget. She worked figures and paint types and she came in $100 under my budget.
When I came back for my car (black on black) I was shocked and amazed at the quality work that went into it.
These guys have done a great job everytime.
The employees all seem VERY HAPPY AND REALLY WANT TO DO A GOOD JOB FOR JOE!

My ‘96 Chevy truck badly needed a new paint job. The people at North Highlands Maaco were great! They took their time and explained the repainting options. They did amazing work! The truck looks brand new.

They did me right;) I like the work and have gotten nothing but compliments from others;) Body work doesn’t show any sign of past damage and car is like new;)

Don't waste your time! Unprofessional people told me one price to paint some body parts with no warranty on cars older than 1999! They wanted half up front, which i paid. They called me 3 days later stating they need more money because it's more work than the estimate given and that the paint my come off LOL they also stated that the paint won't match because they dont have a sample to go by, even though i took the OEM bumber on the estimate date, which they didn't even look at. They wanted me to bring it back for a 2ed time. That's when I asked for a refund and my parts back. These idiots had them hanging so all my parts warped. Luckily they're polyurethane but that was unnecessary and careless. This place needs to be investigated by the BBB!

Took it here and got my car back in about a week, beautiful paint job, thanks to the guys so much! Very friendly.

Fantastic experience, Alex and the crew made my vehicle so fresh it looks brand new. I was side swiped in a hit n run, this team replaced panels, filled small dents and talked options for paint so I could make my dream car a reality.

Alex was a delight to work with. He listened carefully to all of my questions and the points of interest on the job which was a breath of fresh air, and a great blessing for this very special family car.
I also met the painter personally and was very pleased with his knowledge and attention to detail.
The performance of the process and the finish product exceeded my expectations and they ultimately went above and beyond in both for us.
After the color and clearcoat from Maaco, I took the car straight over to Ryan at Paragon Automotive Detail for a final polish and detail. Ryan had many compliments on not only the good thickness of the coats. But the general great job Maaco did. I highly recommend them.
