3On Friday I went to this store I always go here never had a problem the manger holly is a racist woman she helped all the other race I was the only black woman in the store she helped me last I was in there a hour she sold me some wrong product the concler was nothing in it and the powder foundation was to dark for my skin and when I called to let her know on Saturday she kept putting me on hold I was out of town I told her I would be returning them she said ok so when I got there on Sunday to return the items she stayed in the back and would not come out to help me then called security on me and lied on me I was wanting patient and when I asked for corporate number she would not give it to me and called security and would not return my items she sold to me don't shop here not on
Very cool store selling my favorite makeup pproducts. The outside mall, the parking sucks, but it's a very super swank and nice shopping mall in Folsom.
Very small location with only 1 employee to handle all the people. Took forever and had a little girl putting her finger in all the product and mom just smiling and not saying a single thing to her.
