7This was my first time at a MAC store ever as I was starting to look for concealer options and the one staff person there Schuron was literally a fairy godmother to me and my best friend. She was so sweet, joyful, personable, funny, eager to help, patient with all of my questions, and just all around welcoming. My friend even said “I have never felt more safe in my life” and I agreed. Thank you for the best customer service Schuron and I’ll always come back to this MAC store. Please make her a spokesperson or something, she deserves all the spotlight for her positive energy!

Walked in and asked for a makeup appointment and with out checking there availability Jen very rudely told me to go to Nordstrom I’m not one to write bad reviews but this is the 3rd time I have come to this store and been treated badly someone needs to talk to this staff it’s disgusting!
