Update - I was kindly reached out by management (James) and was refunded the full amount for the dental cleaning that day. Sometimes in this beautiful world of capitalism you let money blind you and forget why you became a dentist/hygienist in the first place. People aren't just numbers and dollar signs. Hopefully healthcare in general (not just dentistry) starts to realize this soon before they inevitably get their professions replaced by robots and AI.
Original Review - Great bells and whistles. Horrible care. I was told I had a cavity, but the dentist made it sound like a joke. I was then advised by the hygienist that if the dentist thought it was serious, he would've taken care of me that day. They were so overly busy, and it seemed like they were just on some promo deal to make money off of the high number of dental cleanings, to make matters worse the oral hygienist didn't even clean my teeth properly he just went over my teeth with the brush and called it a day, you need to clean each tooth individually and carefully. What a waste of $100. Be very selective of who you choose for dental care, especially if they have less than 1000 reviews. There are better options out there. I now have a very painful cavity and will be much more careful on who I select for my dental care.
