Hello, I would like to know if they still offer sales services on the website. I would be interested in buying a. 22 Crosman cannon.

This guy must be INCREDIBLY busy, he must be the best in the world and doesn’t have time to deal with us peasants that give him our money. I had placed and order, and received it, in a timely fashion.
But when the new parts didn’t fit, I had reached out for some clarification on the parts and procedure to install them.
Email, no response, on his web site the “contact us “ left a short note, no response, finally called ……. Wow, I must have interrupted a global nuclear launch, extremely short, and abrupt, cut me off multiple times and couldn’t get off the phone fast enough.
I guess customer service isn’t his strong point.
He did advise me that he makes these parts and uses them, so all should be good so, I will try again. And hope I don’t have to call him back. I’ll probably just go elsewhere.

I sent him a 46m for a new seal. I did not see my pistol again for 13 months and no it wasn't fixed, he never touched it. DO NOT let this dork touch your airgun.
This is the first time I've ever been compelled to post a negative online review.

Tim "Mac1" McMurray is a living legend in the airgun industry. His steroided pistols are the most accurate pistols in the world PERIOD.
Yes, sometimes repairs can take longer than expected, but his mods and detail are worth the wait.
I'm just a beginner with a. 22 Benjamin Marauder. Tim mounted my scope, put on an LDC, did a trigger job, and tuned it perfectly for the pellets I needed for varmint hunting in the 100 yard range.
If you live in southern California and you want the best, go to Mac1.

Rudest service I have ever received. I asked for some help regarding my airgun, the man didn’t even let me finish my sentence before telling me he can’t help me because “Umarex supplies the parts. ” I didn’t even need any parts? I don’t understand how a business like this can even survive when their customer service won’t even give you the chance to tell them your issues.

Tim's airgun knowledge is incredible. Gracious with his time and assistance. I brought in a broken hammer from an USFT and left with rifle repaired, tuned, regulator adjusted, valve work.
. And a master class in tuning.
Tim is a champion shooter and mechanical genius, it is in his DNA.

Absolutely the best pcp store in SoCal hands down. The knowledge is priceless. I’ve been shooting for around 4-5 years and thought I new what’s what. I get schooled every time I talk to tim or his help. They fixed things on my 9mm Career ultra I didn’t even know where broken Really appreciate the service and know how when I ask. I hate being brushed off and I don’t get that here. Thanks Tim happy New Year!

Went to Mac1 today to get CO2 carts. Best deal in town and online. His carts don’t like like reused or repurposed ones with the cap pressed into the top. What I’m talking about is some CO2 carts have a cap looking thing on top and some have a one-piece bottle neck. That being said, Tim’s knowledge is off the charts when it comes to airguns. I got to pick his brain a bit and learned a lot. Definitely knowledgeable. He “makes” airguns, and that’s a credit to his knowledge and know-how. I added a photo of the cart difference I’m talking about. It’s like Crosman (or whomever) get used carts and chop the top and refill and plug with a new top. Tim’s carts don’t look repurposed and don’t have the cap on top. To me that means they are first run original. Tim’s is on the left in the photo and a “capped” one is on the right. The left one is even shinier and looks better. If you’re local to Long Beach and like airguns, see this man.

Tim rebuild my Vintage Silver Streak Sheridan (childhood) pellet rifle and its a beast now. I sent him my pellet gun's metal mechanism only and he put a complete Steroid kit in it, and its so, so Awesome now. He did it a few years ago and i do use the Secert Sauce (his special lube) he calls it to keep it in tip top shape. Before, it use to retain some of its compressed pumped air, now it feels like it releases 100% of its air now. Six or seven pumps seems to shoots like ten pumps now. No matter what it shoots like, i am so impressed with what he did to my gun's mechanism. My Vintage Silver Streak Sheridan (20cal or 5mm) pellet rifle is a work of Art, it came back better than new, and Tim is the Man! Sincerely, Jimbo - Louisiana

I called in looking for a barrel assembly for my since passed grandfathers 1984 Crosman 357 airgun (part 357-100) as the housing broke a few days ago. Tim was the one who answered and when I mentioned the model Tim cut me off and told me to throw it away as its just a piece of junk and not worth his or my time, and to just buy a new one. The lack of respect to someone looking to do business with him is astonishing, especially for a vintage piece that has been all original since it was made in 84', 16 years before I was even born.

Tim rebuilt my Crosman 600 valve. In retrospect, I should have had him do the whole gun, but I'm very pleased with the cost and turnaround. Also, I'm getting about twice the shots now!

Placed an order on 4/8/21 for an in stock crosman 2240 with some offered performance mods. Well almost 6 months later and after many promises it'll be ready in 2 days, it still isn't. Had to open a PP dispute before my 180 day window expired. The airguns he produces may be terrific if you can ever get one. He should cut off orders if he's that far behind.

I am a firearms dealer and mailed a customers air rifle to Mac1 after having a phone conversation and being told the work would take approx. 6 weeks. Called at the 8 week mark to update shipping info and get an updated timeline.was quickly told that it would be 4 months and that if I would get off the phone he could resume the work on the 85 guns he had in. As a business owner this is the worst experience I have had with another business, I have requested the customers airgun be returned without the repairs. If you cant complete the work in the time provided quit taking work or hire help, speaking to a customer the way you did will do nothing but ruin any chance at future business.
