I urgently needed a new battery for my MacBook Pro which is my only computer that I use for work & personal. I came across a laptop for sale on Craigslist and the seller gave me a receipt with the company information. To avoid getting scammed as I had experienced in a similar situation before, I decided to do my due diligence. I called the company using the number listed on the receipt and provided them with the seller's document. The company quickly confirmed that the receipt was not in their records. Thanks to their speedy response, I was able to avoid being ripped off.
