Slow and open store. The worst inept and mostly nonexistent clerks. I’ve had better experiences at Target self check-out

It's much bigger from the last time I visited and obviously they have more selections for clothes.

I ordered a hat and it said it was delivered but i cant find my item and when i called customer service, they said will resend one. I was waiting about a week but I did not get any info about that so I called again and this time they saying they CANNOT resend or refund my item. That is not make send at all! I liked macys and it is first time they are doing this. I really disapoonted and I will not using online delivery from Macys anymore

Backstage has the best deals ever.it's located below the store and prices super duper! Still Macy's.the best.it!

A bit far from where I stay but I found the items I wanted to purchase without the wait of online shopping.

Love this place. Always good vibe. I bought my friend the ysl black opium and the channel chance. I ask the cashier for help in picking up my perfumes. She helped gladly, and wrap my gifts.

I visited the make up department in a rush for a special event next day and was in need of a concealer. Hanna was not only very knowledgeable when answering all questions, she was extremely polite and put me at ease. In all, I recieved a full make over and it was just amazing. I felt so welcomed, will be coming here again.

Not a stellar selection of women's clothes but was helpful in a pinch. My friend was able to find a great Guess dress

Poor customer service by Hannah convinced me to return all past purchases back to Macy's. I'll stick to Nordstrom, Belk, Dillard's, and Lord and Taylor among others, for my shopping experiences.

Macy's don't have a parking lot they don't carry a lot of stuff that they supposed to be carrying that they ever ties and it's way too expensive

Woo! The beautiful women that this place has as sell floor and lost prevention are so beautiful, and friendly.
I will definitely come back to this Macy's just to see those beautiful women again. The store is clean, and well organized as well, but what makes this place special are those beautiful female employees.
