Macy's, San Diego CA

This weekend happens to be perfect timing for the best sales at Macy's since I needed to get one outfit and ended up with two and a nice pair of Johnson Murphy shoes.

It’s Macy’s, if you’ve ever been to a Macy’s then that’s what you can definitely expect. The men’s section was very cluttered and just seemed very unorganized. Eventually you’ll get tired of fishing through the stuff and go else where. I prices are not too bad once you finally find something worthwhile. I hope this helps someone else buy some cool stuff.

Best selection of women's activewear in Fashion Valley. It's my go-to store for the newest Calvin Klein and DKNY workout and casual clothing. The also have a large shoe department and lots of children's clothing.

Loved this Good things there to find. I liked the shoe section. It was mostly expensive shoes but still worth to buy it. Everything was brand new with different sizes available. Parking was easy as the mall offers plenty of parkings. I recommend this place, you won't be disappointed. Good job Macy's

Our experience here was below average. Sales people were lazy and did not want to make any effort to assist. Disappointing. Hopefully this isn't a trend for Macy's everywhere.

Extremely helpful staff, clean store. Easy gift return processing. Knowledgeable staff about products and store merchandise a definite plus. Plenty of parking below. Will definitely return, good sales.

Poor. Asked 12 reps about their products and various other assistance was needed. Not a single person was able to tell me a thing about their own merchandise

We went during the busiest time of the year. Parking was better this year. They always have great deals if you know how to shop. We found the gifts we were looking for.

Kind of messy. As a mom with a 5month old with a stroller, elevators are small and take a long time (been at other store's elevators and are spacious)

Great sales. The dresses sometimes are difficult when the sizes aren't always matching if it's a two piece. And they do a decent job of keeping up with the clearance racks.

It was ok, i know not to be like a chick and come in herrle on a New Years Eve looking for a suit at the last minute.smdh

Went here to take care of some gifts that didn't fit my husband he got from a family member for christmas. The Customer Service section was easy to spot thanks to the big bold letters saying "Returns here"

The line went quick, and they gave us store credit on a gift card, no problems at all. Thanks, Macys!

Came in to exchange a watch I bought my wife. I walked around for 15 mins with no greeting until I had to ask for help. When I ask to see a watch surprisingly 3 of the watches I wanted was out of stock and she didnt even check. Irritated at this point I decided to return the watch and spend my money else where. Then i was told the person that can do the return transaction is on break and have to wait 10 minutes. Absolutely bad customer service and you have lost my business for good.

I went to the Fashion Valley location to pickup an online order. (This mall honestly is the most ridiculously inconvenient place to get in & out of promptly unless you're using the trolley.) The customer service counter is conveniently located on 1st floor across from men's department. Use southwest entrance that faces the parking garage. Great customer service.

The place was crowded with bargain hunters but employees were working very hard to accommodate everyone.

I love shopping at Macy's, they have great quality merchandise, great varieties and nice friendly sales people, the only thing I don't like is the fact that very soon, there won't be anybody to talk to because of the self checkout, I think is very important to have the human relations, at I do.

Worst experience trying to purchase perfume online. Site says available for pick up next day in store. Purchase came with free gift to be shipped. After 2 days contacted customer service to get status on my order and we keep going around in circles. Repeated order number about 6 times, name twice, phone number several times all over about a 12 minute period. Finally gave up and hung up.

Very happy I came they had a good sale on mens dress shirts the shirts were very nice and down from like 60 buck to 25 I got 5 shirts and very happy.

Just walk to Macy's to get into the mall in Fashion Valley. Didn't buy anything but they had great AC
