Macy's, Fresno CA

Macy's was having a good sale i was going through the mall.dont get me wrong i saw lots of things but can't afford any of it.

The store is reopened and I was there for a couple minutes but I noticed they are taking good care on disinfecting what you tried and don't buy, disinfecting what you toch like door handles and transaction pads. They are doing pretty good on taking care of your health. This review was posted during covid-19 pandemic so I focused on health

I buy a lot of perfume throughout the years And purses, Shoes, X cetera. But what I can't stand is When I ask them for samples of perfume because I do buy a lot there and I bought a few that I did not like So I like to get the samples and try them on take home Where the couple times and see if I like it and odds are if I do I buy the biggest one and most expensive, I don't know what these other girls or whoever is doing with The samples but I Used to go to gottschalks store for years that was my store then, The girls there come to find out would never give samples most of the time 99.9% of the time They were out of samples which was a lie complaints were put in and they found out That they were taking the sample for themselves and their friendsIt's almost like the same scenario that goes on with the some of the girls and guys At the Macy's stores when I do ask I get excuses or they make me feel like I'm just wanting free samples which is Bullkrapp if you look me up you'll see I buy a lot but I'll never buy again if I get people like that, They ruin it for people like me Who Love great smelling perfumes.

I was so sad to see the ugly stat that macys is in. Normally I'd find to many things I live there. Not this day. I spent 3 hours searching for something quality and it never happend. Major brands gone. It's just a fancy Walmart now IMO

Great place i love even got a few samples for myself without asking and their white i am black. So i got what i did not expect and that's a 20 in my Macy's book

Went bra shopping and fit specialist and regular clerks were all very helpful. Found what we were looking for!

Shopping for an event that required a particular pattern & style of clothing. Natalie, a sales associate on the 2nd floor was an angel! She was extremely helpful & put me at ease. I will look for her every time I'm shopping!

Only place in town to buy nice clothes. I mean there are small chains, but if you want a big place, this is it.

Omg love love this perfume, I been useing only channel but my bf wanted a new scent so I had no clue what to pick! Went to Macy's and they were so helpful!

My visit was pleasant. I was asked for assistance and my shoes were out ready for me to try.shoe department was orderly.

Had a perfect shopping experience with my future daughter in law. The sales personnel were all wonderful.

SUNGLASS HUT! I went to buy myself a new pair of sunglasses at this location and the service I got was terrible! The lady that works there is such a B! She was not helpful at all it’s like if she was mad that she was working there and you can tell she just lives a miserable life! She kept giving me dirty looks and didn’t even bother to help me with anything! I proceeded to choose the glasses I wanted and at the register she didn’t even talk to me. She didn’t even say thank you or anything I don’t even know the lady but I don’t think she should be working at a place like this her customer service sucks! I spoke to a manager and she said she has had this problem with this employee before.well I’m not going there anymore and I suggest you go to the Macy’s at Riverpark.

You got fantastic Fashions and name brands at the best value in town. Be sure to download coupons or just ask them at the counter they're always willing to accommodate you.

Was disappointed with choices of formal dresses for my younger daughter in her size, was very little to choose from & then found a pretty good selection in a different area of store, but they were all close in color & didn't have any her size. Macy's is over priced

I love Macys. It's not as impressive as the Macys in New York or Vegas. But it's got some of what you're looking for.

Since 1992 i have shopped at this store, i know the retail market has struggled to stay relavant. The sales assocates that would help u find clothes, know about fit, sizes, and overall product knowledge are over. If u with the exception of the older sr. Employees. Everytime i shop i find the sales staff are stuck up and dismissive. This Fashion Fair store carries a ton of levis like its a millers outpost, and the policy is obviously clear with any return they will look at, feel it rub it, smell it then look at u and claim it not returnable its been worn or its dirty. Im sticking to on-line shopping #avoidMacyFashionFair.

Staff were talking amongst each other about non work related while I just stood there waiting for help.

I went there only to pay a bill for a friend who has an account there and couldn't go that day. I had good directions. The customer service station was just inside the door on the backside of the shopping mall so it was a quick and easy in-and-out trip. I didn't have time to look around and tell you about the rest of the store.

Nasty girl at the sunglasses hut. Rude as ever. Not the first bad experience I've had with macys. Dirty ghetto store. Boycotting all Macy stores and canceling my Macy credit card.
